The employees here were so kind and hospitable to me and my group of traveling friends visiting the area. We were not expecting such kind and considerate service, and the brightness and respect they showed to us in our quick little stop.

I am not a person who goes around to leave reviews …. So when I tell you this Starbucks blows me out of the park every single time I go in is not an understatement. I drive through Brainered for work every so often and when I do , I swing through this Starbucks. When I do, my coffee is made literally perfect. I live closer to the Alex location, and have been to many others, and get the same things every time. Most of the times the other places mess it up. But the Brainered location never has. The atmosphere and customer service is spectacular. They take the time to say goodbye and have a good day to all the guests who sat inside. They always have a positive energy and are super friendly. Anyway…. Needless to say, this Starbucks is the best one I’ve ever been too… and after getting a terrible coffee from another location with poor service I felt my appreciation for this location shouldn’t go unnoticed. (:

Service was okay, but I paid $16 for two venti drinks and was given grandes instead. When I politely asked for them to be remade, the replacements were very poorly made.

This was our second visit to this location today 8/17/25 around 10:10 am. Our order was delicious and correct. The young lady was very, very friendly and upbeat!! because of her positive energy she made our day better.
there is a heat advisory out nearly nation wide and the store was over 70 degrees. these are not healthy working conditions for these employees nor is it comfortable for customers. i really hope they figure this out. employees could get heat illness, causing fatigue and irrational thinking. please cool these beauties down!!
