I come to Starbucks pretty frequently. Today there was an employee named Abi in the drive thru at 5pm. She greeted me so kindly and really just made my day with her great customer service.
Raven was the most professional, offering many options, and upselling us to a breakfast Sandwich and now we saved another stop!We are business owners and we appreciate good service. We will be making a point to stop at this Starbucks every time now that we visit Brainerd.
This Starbucks has become my favorite place to stop into when I'm heading out of Brainerd. The employees are chipper, polite and helpful. Twice now I have gone in and found products that I JUST HAD to get! I'm glad to have Starbucks in Brainerd!
