Riley from the Washington subway has amazing customer service, and his subs are always made exactly the way I want them. He listens to my order and never makes me feel like my subs are weird. I appreciate his customer service and his dedication. 10/10 ask for Rylie if he’s there

Used the mobile pick up so I could have subway on my lunch break. They forgot my chips and pop that I paid for, didn’t have time to go back since I had little time. Super frustrating, please do better.

Ordered food person told me only thing that we t in Philly was meat cheese and mayo I said no add onions and peppers. My daughter asked for mayo and they put orange sauce in it and my son's they didn't put any cheese on it when he asked. When told them about it after checking out sandwiches they handed my daughter a packet of Mayo and said here you go. They were rude. Apparently they all needed hearing aids cause it was quiet in there til after we ordered and paid them they got more customers inside

Today me and my fiance and my sister went in to get some subs and there was a younger guy and women working. As we walked in the younger guy mumbled under his breath “oh my god”. We just ignored it and waited for one of them to help us. The younger guy told the girl to help us as she was cleaning up her space. She asked if he could because she was trying to clean up a bit. He said well I don’t wonna wash my hands again and looked away. She looked up and started washing her hands and the guy said yeah get the customers. We were the only ones there and I was really disappointed on how he was treating her and us. I walked out. Please watch how your employees are treating other coworkers and customers. Thanks

It's Subway what can I say. I think that everybody likes to chew on a piece of rubbery bread every now and then. Come on subway you need to change it up a bit come up with some new stuff. Your prices are getting out of reach too
