Was a great experience all the way around. Friendly people, food was good, clean place. They were just out of chili so I was sad.

I was all excited to try the $1 biscuit specials, i downloaded the app and when I got there the guy working the counter was so irritated I ordered them i didn't even want to ask him to scan my barcode for points. He was rude to me, the lady behind me and the people in the drive thru. The only plus was the food was great. Still, I'm deleting the app and never going to this Wendy's again.

Food itself is alright, but the drive thru employees are rude and always seem to be in a bad mood whenever I go there and most of the parking lot is in pretty bad shape. If they smoothed out the parking lot and trained their employees to be friendlier it would be a lot better

Previously went through the drive thru and was met by screaming and shouting at us through the broke system — as if the ruined parking lot wasn’t enough. Today we risked it and went inside. Tylor took our order and was very kind and patient with us and our awkwardness and the food was fast and good. As we went back up to the counter to get a frosty, manager ‘Al’ was quick to shout at Tylor, making us feel awkward as we were not in a rush and Tylor was cleaning the area. In only a couple minutes he was with us and did our order swiftly. 5 Stars for Tylor, be nicer to him and don’t go through the drive-thru.

The last few times I've been here, my experience has been great! Fresh food and quickly! They've come a long way since a year or so ago. James working the drive thru window is always very polite and keeps things flowing smoothly.

AM Saturday manager can’t manage a basic situation let alone a restaurant.
Worst part is nobody else was even there but he sounded like he was in the middle of the most hectic rush.
I’m still very hungry.

I try to give as many places as many chances as I can, but if you’ve lived in this area long enough, you know that Wendy’s has not had proper management or staff that actually care about the product they’re delivering. It would be nice if whoever owns this establishment would invest time in their employees and service times and product quality.

This location is a joke. Regularly slow through drive through. Rude employees including the management. Today I asked a question about breakfast and was scoffed at. Breakfast was close to an end however was not done as the signs were still up. Probably not coming back. Corporate may want to take notice of how the restaurant is being ran.
