The last few times I've been here, my experience has been great! Fresh food and quickly! They've come a long way since a year or so ago. James working the drive thru window is always very polite and keeps things flowing smoothly.

Worst part is nobody else was even there but he sounded like he was in the middle of the most hectic rush.

I try to give as many places as many chances as I can, but if you’ve lived in this area long enough, you know that Wendy’s has not had proper management or staff that actually care about the product they’re delivering. It would be nice if whoever owns this establishment would invest time in their employees and service times and product quality.

This location is a joke. Regularly slow through drive through. Rude employees including the management. Today I asked a question about breakfast and was scoffed at. Breakfast was close to an end however was not done as the signs were still up. Probably not coming back. Corporate may want to take notice of how the restaurant is being ran.

Soda machine was broken and no chilli available. Chilli is one of the main reasons I go to Wendy's. :-(
Waited a long time in drive thru had to go back in after because items were forgotten. Only thing that made the experience a little better is that a worker was outside held the door open for me and quickly gave me what I was missing and apologize.
