Why do I even attempt to stop here?????After 4 attempts to order a breakfast sandwich and a coke this morning the guy trying to take my order was so confused. (Nothong special just a menu item) If they can't even take a order right how can they make it right????AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN. You will be glad to passed!

Came to the drive thru about 9pm. Our interaction with the drive thru worker was kind of weird, and our food was taking so long.. So I decided to check out their reviews while we were still waiting for our food. Me and hubby had a good laugh about how TRUE all of these reviews are. They need new management or more supervision or something… food was good, though the reviews about them needing to replace their dirty oil more often are 100% accurate…. thank you to the two people that were actually working and not joking off with their friends or eating behind the counter!

Went there with my friend and waited 15-20 minutes for our food, and then realized they didn’t give us what we ordered, i got a classic chicken sandwich combo and i didn’t get it, we got a Spicy nugget though?

Just grabbed some Wendy’s for lunch. Gentleman that helped us in the drive thru was nice and polite but the food was not up to par. Any diet drink tasted like there was no syrup, fries were cold and the burgers were like warm. When I pay $15 per person I expect hot

Used be to my favorite Wendy's not sure what's going on but the past couple times coming here the service hasnt been great. Today i waited in the drivethrew for 20+ minutes with an empty parking lot and only 2 cars in front of me I get my food and it's cold and burger was falling
I made an online order, and when I went to get it, they told me they were out of chili. They should have had it unavailable to order in the app. When I asked if I could get a refund or a substitute, the manager didn't seem like he wanted to. On top of that, once I got out to my vehicle, they didn't even give me all of my food.How is this place still a functioning restaurant?

Dirty environment.The food was cold, the cheese on the burger wasn't melted and the fries were soggy cold. The oil was obviously dirty old.After eating, I ended up running to the bathroom 3x.Overall yuck!

Please please please fix your ice machines. Last time I was here was 4 months ago and they are still broken. Fryer oil needs changing as well because everything has a dark brown tint to it. Have some pride in your business. The sugar cookie was pretty good.
