went there for mothers day. only 1 cook showed up but since when can attendants not help at least make salads. a miserable 2 1/2 hour wait for lunch. lots of people wandering @doing nothing at all. food was great. would not go back.

Having grown up pretty much in the restaurant business, I was impressed by our waitress, Kim E. Not only was she friendly and on beat BUT was on top of keeping our table clean!! This is a part of waitressing that has mostly fallen to the wayside…I do not know anyone who enjoys a table filled with their own used dishes…
Do not wait for a bus person or when customers leave to remove dishes that are finished.
Thanks to Kim E. For giving great all around service to the end !!

Our group of 13 made reservations and met at the Wooden Table Inn on Wednesday evening. Most of us had been to the Wooden Table in the past and had good experiences. This particular evening was not a good experience. The service was extremely SLOW! (Food and beverages) Our server was very rude. At first, her rough and snarky attitude was cute, but it quickly became very rude, short, and totally inappropriate. Not sure if our server was having a bad night, or if this is her normal behavior. I have no plans of returning to the Wooden Table anytime soon.

Arrived at 7:20pm with a group of 8 adults on a Saturday night. Food?? Wouldnt know. Ordered and waited 2 hours before walking out with nothing. Service: short staffed. I get it, it's hard to find good people to work.BUT in a dead restaurant in the middle of no where- even with minimal staff- it does not take 2 hours to cook up some sandwiches. **We try to make a point to support the local economy when we travel but this place was an absolute joke.** When leaving the restaurant without our meals, the bartender Kim made sure to yell out at us that it was our fault we visited "without a reservation" for a group of 8. Atmosphere: Place is a dump. Tables sticky. Minimal lights. Save your time and money. Don't bother.

This is one of our favorite stops summer or winter!! They are truly wonderful people and the food?? Absolutely amazing!! My favorite is the broiled seafood platter! The best anywhere! We had six people riding side x sides on Saturday and we all ordered completely different things off the menu. Every single item was perfect and everyone was very satisfied!!

If you’re looking for an over-the-top burger, I’d highly recommend the Monster Burger; a patty accompanied by bacon and onion rings that is housed in between two grilled cheese sandwiches. I’ve had that burger three times in my life, and it’s still as delicious as ever. 10/10
