I have been dining at 50's Grill in Brooklyn Center for over 30 years with my family and have so many fond memories as a result. My sister and I stopped in for lunch again yesterday and had a great time reminiscing about childhood meals at 50's Grill.50's Grill is an absolute time warp!! From the nostalgic waiting room to the decor, staff uniforms, and delicious, homecooked food, this place has remained unchanged. With so much of the City of Brooklyn Center evolving (not in a good way) over the past 20 years, it's so refreshing to see 50's Grill continuing to thrive with great people & food.Thank you to the entire 50's Grill family for helping to make your restaurant a special place!

This place does not have a baby changing table in the men's room. It's the 50's grill. I don't know what I was expecting.

I can't believe I paid $50 for this bland, stale food. Who cares if it's made from scratch if it's clearly warmed up in a microwave and has no flavor? If you like to pay top dollar for nursing home cafeteria food this is the place for you. The dessert was delicious but overpriced like everything else.

This place is so good! Made from scratch meals! I could seriously just eat the homemade bread. The desserts are amazing, too. I used to work in a little 50s diner in Fremont, WI, and this place brings back lots of memories! We have lived in Brooklyn Park for almost 2 years and just recently found this gem. Wish we would have found it sooner!

Burgers were thin and undercooked, even after requesting a new one. Bison was actually beef. Wrapped piece found in fries. Not worth the $$.Thankfully the Malts were amazing.

I can’t believe they charge 4.50 for an Arnold Palmer… it’s just tea and lemonade, that’s ridiculous!

My husband and I decided to try and eat here again. The last time (2012) the staff/patrons were not very welcoming so we left without ordering. Figured we would give it a try in 2024, this time the cook stared us down rather then greeting us, even after my husband nodded his head. After a few dirty looks from the patrons, we decided to depart without ordering. The 50's Grill operates as if it were 1950's deep south. We learned our lesson this time.
