A friend and I went to Applebee's to have dinner. The food was good the atmosphere was not that great and to top it all off the waitress never checked on us and we had to ask for silverware. To top it all off she never got us the silverware when we asked. We also pre-order the next meal that we wanted during all-you-can-eat and she never even put it in. We sat there for hours just waiting for a food. She never even refilled my drink. I had to actually get up and get my own drink because she never even came back to get me a drink refill. The service was horrifying to say the least.

My roommate & I decided to eat here tonight when I haven't been here in 15 years & I really hate to say this but I was a little dissapointed in the food quality & Managers customer service to not take at least 1/2 price off of the Strawberry-Chicken salad since they were out of Strawberries & the chicken was completely cold. They warmed it up a little & I decided to settle for it & try it out. The salad's lettuce was not that great either. . The mngr only offered a small discount of $3.00 when I should have just refused to pay for it period.The burger was great & the service from our waiter Kevin was good, he is a very nice young man, despite the mngr's willingness to take more money off the salad that I only had about 5-6 bites from. I will never he going back to this one. The atmosphere & staff use to be so much better in 2010.

My veterans didn't absolutely delicious, we had a great waiter and super fast service! The staff was super friendly, but the atmosphere was kind of blah. From where we were sitting there was nothing to listen to or to look at. Guess we were just surrounded by crabby old fuddy-duddies. It was pretty pretty empty that night
