Ordered the brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich. Got home & saw they put regular bacon on it. I didn’t feel like going back to complain/be a Karen. But kinda annoying. Check your food before you drive off. 3 stars cuz the fries were hot.

1 st time I came food was hot really good service was great 2nd time it was alright 1 sandwich was not that hot 3rd time I came I think they screwed up 1 of the shakes food was not hot at all so very disappointing since the 1st time I came was great probably won't be coming back.
Here's another example of more nasty tasting food I ordered the fish sandwich and I felt fine after eating but hours later I felt sick to my stomach I sweating and shaking and felt like throwing up some of these restaurants will hire anyone cooking your food lesson learn I'll stick to eating at home ??

Not clean, bad service. Arby's needs to step it up if they want to compete with the bigger fast food chains...Made an order via the app for $1 any size fries offer. Absolutely no customers at Arby's. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 3 minutes before the employee opens with "sorry you can go ahead and order now." Pulled up to the window and waited another minute. The employee is facing away from the window and my food is sitting in a bag in front of him. He finally turns and notices I am there waiting (how long does he think it takes to pull up?) and grabs the bag, opens the window and hands it to me--saying absolutely nothing. I say thank you and he says you're welcome.Besides this service... After receiving my order my whole car smells like fish, despite there being only fries in the bag. Oil is not clean or maintained, or everything is being fried together. Gross.I'd say you get what you pay for but McDonald's has the same deal, and I have never had this quality of customer service there, or Burger King or anywhere. Unimpressed

Buyer beware... If they screw up your order, and most likely they will, YOU will have to make a second trip back to the store to get a refund. Check your bags, open up the sandwiches and make sure it's correct before you leave if you want to save yourself the hassle. Considering they are more expensive than the other many places nearby you would think they would want to do better for what they're charging.

Food wasn’t terrible, but curly fries felt hard and were not fresh also ordered a chicken and Swiss and the chicken didn’t even cover the entire bun, almost seemed as if they used what should’ve been on a slider, would not recommend this Arby’
