Placed a pick up inside mobile order for breakfast and it was ready within 6 minutes. Very clean inside with a nice seating area. I got a croissant sandwich and biscuit sandwich both tasted great

This is a decent Burgerking location. The location is very convenient but tougher naborhood. The food most of the times at this location is good.

Food was the same as always. Service was great but the atmosphere was not so good. While dining some people came and talked loudly to the people at the adjacent table, arguing about something. We did not feel comfortable and decided to leave right away. Granted it was a situation not created by BK, but its employees should have taken action.

The staff were super chill. I ordered online and everything was ready and still warm when I arrived 10 minutes later. The cookies still being warm was a pleasant surprise and their jalapeno bites were unexpectedly tasty. Not much else to say beyond it being a standard burger king experience, but I wasn't looking for anything more than that :D

The staff at this location are always on point with being curtious, kind, and efficient. Whoever is in charge of hiring and training has it together
I ordered 3 honey mustard chicken wraps along with 2 burgers. One wrap was missing. One of my wraps, the chicken was old and hard. Anytime I come here, I always get the wraps. So for it to be as slow as it was and to have old, hard chicken and a missing wrap, made this trip here not that great.

I just was in the drive thru at 11:23 on 10/03/2025, and they messed up my food. which isn’t the first time last time they missed my chicken nugget kids meal, I called that same day and they told me I can come back and they would give me two kids meals because once again it was their mistake. so I brought it up to them today and the male manager came out asked for my name very rudely, and told me if I didn’t have my receipt that he can’t do nothing and walked away. I fully understand keep the receipt but he was very short tempered, rude, and didn’t seem very unprofessional to be in the manager position at Burger King. But this will be the last time I go to this burger very rude unprofessional, and always messing up my food and missing my food.

I ordered two whoppers plain with light ketchup and mayonnaise. When I started eating them, the ketchup and mayonnaise dripped out the bottom of the two sandwiches and got my outfits and car seat full of ketchup and mayonnaise. I thought Burger King was a place where u have it ur way. That isn’t the case. I never ever get the burgers the way I want. When u bite into the burgers the bun slides around meat. Not how I ordered the two whoppers period. So done with Burger King.
