Love caribou,only go to 2 locations and both crews are sweet as pie. Always very welcoming and kind. So happy they've brought back non dairy products back to the coffee options

Love to meet with friends and have breakfast sandwich and coffee specials. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Love the vibe at Caribou-comfortable to relax and chat at your leisure.

They are very friendly with service. But one thing I did not understand about this location is that they did not call the name of our order when they placed the drinks on the bar counter. And it was also not visible from where we sat. Also no names written on the cups. So we sat and were waiting to hear if our names would be called 5 plus minutes. Went to go check why it took so long. It was just sitting there. Thanks but I'll go to the Starbucks down the road next time.

This is a nice Caribou, easy to park and navigate. Service was fine. It's a very loud space and could use a little bit of noise dampening. Kind of hard to have a conversation. We just had tea and coffee and a sweet treat. Would love more savory treats in the bakery case. I recognize that this is a coffee company, however, it would be nice to have another tea option or two. The only unflavored tea is black, but I was grateful for that. This will be a good location for us, so I'm glad to know of it.

9/27-1130 The staff here is so warm and friendly and I would say they know 80% of the people's names that come in here. Really great!
