I am disappointed with the lady who served me she doesn’t respect customer the way she treated me is not good teach the worker in the front desk how to respect anybody who comes to use without any discrimination.

Great food, staff is very pleasant and smiling almost every time.

Lazy workers. I came there at 9:40 from across town and they locked the doors! Although online said 10pm! Also to mention, there were workers in there still taking orders. They just didn’t want to work. Therefore the shouldn’t have a job there. Corporate needs to check in with them

Almost every night they run out of chicken or rice, because they are prioritizing closing the store and getting out early. I drive further to the Fridley location, it is much better.

Worst place ever. Can't get your order right.!!!! Ordered delivery and driver drops off someone else's order. Had to be at least a $50-60 dollar order for some family. Obviously not my order which was just a burrito. Has happened before. Then they give you a hard time to refund my order. Didn't receive it and then want to take forever to void order. This place is a joke. Reorder was cold and little meat in it. They ought to be ashamed of their self. Plus the people that didn't get their order that tje doordash driver tried to deliver to me.

We gave this Brooklyn Center branch 3 times chances, and we concluded that we will never go back to this branch.
Let me tell you..
1. The brown rice taste slimy to me.
2. I ordered the protein (Carne asada), and I can almost count how many small pieces of the protein they gave me. It is like 10 or less. We even have to asked for more.
3. The fajita vege doesn’t taste good either. Soggy and slimy.
4. Rice filled up the bowl mostly.

Conclusion, my whole bowl taste weird.

Let me tell you.. they fill my bowl UP I mean this is the BEST Chipotle I've ever gone to! They never slack on giving you extra when you ask. I always do mobile orders cause I hit up this Chipotle on my lunch break and my bowl feels like I'm holding a brick! I absolutely love this Chipotle and it stomps ANY other one I've been to!

Guacamole and chips were horrible today. Guac was lumpy and tooo much lime juice. Chips were stale. For as much as it costs it needs to be on point everyday!

Absolute mad house. Employees being very loud and banging on the counter. I sat there for no kidding 8 minutes while my pickup order sat there and the girl was over at the register goofing off with her coworker. Terrible service.
