Absolute mad house. Employees being very loud and banging on the counter. I sat there for no kidding 8 minutes while my pickup order sat there and the girl was over at the register goofing off with her coworker. Terrible service.

My boyfriend and I went there around 8 PM, but the rice was undercooked. it tasted raw and was noticeable in texture. We didn’t receive a receipt from the store. I tried reporting the issue through the mobile app, but they couldn’t help without a receipt. I also attempted to call the store, but no one answered.

Your employees shouldn't come to work if they hate it there. Also the place is filthy and idk how many times they mess the entire order up. If they can't make 3 burritos back to back then maybe train them better. My child found what looked like a fake press on nail in their bowl last night. Asking your employees to fix the order is like speaking to a toddler. This really is the ghetto Chipotle.

Every time I come to this location, they are out of chicken or some other ingredient. I'm done wasting my time trying to eat here. Recommend you avoid this place as well. The manager of this restaurant is a complete failure.

Gross dirty and sticky all over. The floors are black with dirt, the tables are nasty and sticky.... and the service is slow and rude. The staff is rude, slow and rude. I cant believe this store was dirty with food and trash all over the lobby. This store is disgusting. I cant believe this place is still over for business. The windows have not been wiped down in months. I wanted a refund for my $14 dollar burrito, but it just seemed like a waste of time.

Parking: Dangerous neighborhood with 420 smell and suspicious people sitting in cars watching you.
