Went into this store a few times recently. The customer service is deplorable. The most recent experience the store was filthy. You could look back and the working area was not cleaned, staff were goofing around in the back, the prison who prepared my food slapped the food from the pan into the bowl with disproportional portions of the ingredients, he didn't take the time to drain some of the fresh items before putting them into the bowl either. He completed it and just slide the bowl to the end of the counter to pay, yet, no one came to accept the payment. I waited a couple minutes, could plainly see about 4 other staff waking around, yet no one assisted. So I left. This behavior is typical and it's obvious there are no enforced standards of quality, within this establishment, set forth or monitored by leadership. If you eat at those store, you are likely to get sick due to the significant cleanliness issue.

The food is simply not very good. You expect a consistency in the product from location to another. Sadly, this is not the case. I didn't enjoy the food at all. With every bite, I was trying to convince myself that this was an off occasion... I cannot afford to spend $25 on a flavorless meal

The food was not fresh. It appeared that it was cooked hours before I visited and tasted the same. Not much different than a buffet except someone dishes it form the buffet bins for you.
Dont order online, they cheat you with how much is given. I had ordered double meat and was given half a scoop in total. Such a cheap crew.
