Service really bad. Come here get a coffee and típ. Wait for long time to get coffee. The server dont put the name on food bag. Customer miss understand. Never go back.

Open and close when ever they feel like. There at 6:15am when they open at 6. There at 2:30pm only to find they changed hours from 3 to 2pm. The hours are constantly changing. I have to question the service, because there is a constant flow of different faces. How bad is it that they cant keep employees! I get the wrong order frequently. The food is good, but everything else is poor. Frequently they dont have plain bagels! Employees seem clueless, but when the staff seem to be constantly changing.

Went through drive thru, waited TWENTY minutes to get my order for 2 drinks and 2 bagels. My friend had to go inside to get the bagels because they took so long. They also got my drink wrong and it tasted NASTY once I got my correct drink. I asked for extra caramel and cream and got vanilla?!

I ordered the avocado breakfast sandwich from DoorDash (where it was in the “vegetarian” section) and it came to me covered in bacon! Bacon is not listed as an ingredient, and this item is specifically tagged “vegetarian”. I tried to call the store about the issue twice, because if bacon is usually included on this sandwich they really should change that on the DoorDash page, and went to voicemail both times with no option to leave a message! I chose Einstein over Brueggers this morning BECAUSE OF this specific sandwich and I’m very upset that this happened.

I walked in. Not greeted. Stood there for 10 mins for someone to say anything to me. The manager and the other girl didn’t say anything to me. Walked passed me at least 5 times. No smile and acknowledgment. Disappointed. Cam finally said something to me bc he was handing out orders. I come here 1/2 times a month and everytime it’s like this. Acknowledge your customers please. Thank you.

Soooo slooooow. It's almost painful to sit and watch him chit chat well. 20 minutes goes by and you still haven't got your food.

extremely rude. tone was off from the beginning. I’m not a customer who usually has trouble with employees or who writes reviews but the employee with green hair was wilding from the start with her attitude. I was polite so, I didn’t understand the demeanor she had, and it just kept going. other people working were cool tho.

Half the time the service is really good, half the time say forget my phone number and today the person who waited on me tried to talk me into just using my receipt to contact them and do it afterwards instead of restarting the system and entering my phone number. I had to wait a really long time with only two cars in front of me and then when I got my sandwich The bagel was incorrect. A substitution is fine but they should definitely tell the customer if they're having to do a substitution.

The staff provides poor service, they don't like preparing line orders and they are rude.

Good Lord! People standing around, cashier bumbling like an idiot, definitely hitting on the cook, bouncing off the walls!! They move like crap rolling up hill here! No care or concern for customers or customer service! This place is not reccomended by me, slow, uncaring! This is typical ghetto attitude from any business in The ghetto!
There are waaaayyyy better Bagel spots around the area!

Place screwed up my order for the 2nd time. Ordered 6 bagels and a breakfast sandwich. Sandwich ended up being just a plain bagel with Cream Cheese that I received in the end and half the bagels were not available and I was told this after the fact. T

This was 1 hour after they opened. I will NEVER be giving that place my business again.

The food is good but the service is awful. They get orders wrong and act like it your fault when you say something. They closed early after I had already paid and then refused to give me a refund or even make the food the next day. The girl I talked to was out it was very rude and aga8n acted like it was my fault. Will never go here again. Maybe the other location has decent staff
