Picked up a baker's dozen bagels. Very tasty as always. Quick and friendly service. They sliced the bagels for me.

Signature bagels are amazing! I came in on 12/14 around 12:30 to eat in and staff were really nice. It was not a long wait time. The place is really cozy inside!

Try this place out for the first time had a great experience. The burrito is by far delicious, and the few bagels that I did order were great. I don't recommend the pepperoni pizza sauce is very bland. But overall a great experience the woman in the Drive-Thru was very nice

Service was quick and friendly. They have a drive through. Bagel was unfortunately cut poorly and put together not great.

Bagels ? are good avocado and ? eggs

Cashier was assuming, and sarcastic.., I didn't know the cream cheese is called "smear" There was no sign saying where to order. Dining area dirty for 730am. Must not have been cleaned night before. I did leave a $1 tip anyway. I only come when in town. I will find a different location than this one in Brooklyn Center.

I went first thing in the AM for a cinnamon & sugar bagel w/cream cheese and they said they didn't make that flavor of bagel today. Don't understand why.

Everything seemed to be so good at the drive through window until I tried to take the hot cup of coffee out of the carrier. The lid came off and spilled coffee on my car's seat. I pushed the lid back on tightly and tried to lift the cup again. This time it was worse I tried again to lift the top of the cup out of the carrier, not by the lid, just enough for coffee to spill out on my purse, and all over my car. The coffee burned my fingers and I wasn't able to keep it from spilling everywhere. What an unnecessary accident Einstein Bagels! If you serve hot coffee, then get lids that stay on tightly. I was going to stop buying coffee at Starbucks but I won't be getting it at Einstein. Otherwise everything else I'm hoping will be good.
