Couldnt speak english or communicate in english. Ordered a 50$ in food and these people didnt even send the bbq sauce as Ordered. Now i have 50$ i. Food i cant eat without the sauce. Culvers has continued to decline, i kid you not almost every single time i order from culvers they forget something significant, like sauce. Culvers you get a F for failure to be consistent and a horrible response to the issue without understanding basic English communication.

Very poor drive thru service. I told the lady 3 time I wanted raw onion even through she clicked fried onion. She said okay every time I made she it would be made with raw onion. Got my food and parked, checked and guess what, it has fried onion. I go inside and tell them, no sorry or anything. The lady took the incorrect burger and told the kitchen what to do. No sorry the entire time I waited. Got the correct burger and she had me check it. It was correct and still no sorry or a bag to carry it out in. I'll drive further for better service at other Culver's locations.

Placed an online order for pretzel bites and French fries. Pretzel bites came without salt or cheese sauce and French fries came stale. Not wasting money here in the future, it's worth the drive to champlin.
