I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this Culver’s. The first time, I arrived about 10 minutes before closing, but they told me they were closed early and wouldn’t serve me. Today, I stopped in at 10:50pm for ice cream, but was told they stop serving it after 10 — even though the restaurant was still open for another 10 minutes. Other Culver’s locations I’ve visited have happily served ice cream right up until closing. It’s frustrating and feels inconsistent with the brand’s usual great service. I hope management can address this, because it’s not what I expect from Culver’s

I don’t understand why I need to keep the receipt to redeem a code at the restaurant. I filled out the survey, wrote down the code but they want the receipt too. Makes no sense to me 🤷🏻♂️

We came here to celebrate a friend's new car purchase, and it was a delightful place to have dinner. The employees were very attentive and Culver's always delivers quality. The portions are reasonable enough that you are comfortable instead of full, with room for dessert. The caramel cashew sundae has been a favorite since childhood. The manager checked on us and everything was great.

Worst visit ever. Staff couldn't speak or understand English. I asked for a beverage 3 times and got handed a water glass. We had a lesson on clarifying questions. Finally received a water glass. I thought it was just cold up by the ordering counter because of the door opening. Nope! I think they had the air conditioning on. All of the staff had their winter coats on. I don't think they knew how to turn the furnace on.

Great food all around. Their bacon blue salad is delicious! As well as their butter burgers, their custard desserts are extremely delicious
Don't advertise that your drive thru is opened until 11pm then shut off the lights at 10:45PM when you see us pull up. All we wanted was some frozen custard.
