We have gone to this location a few times in the last couple of years but when we were there on Friday, Wendy really stood out. It's the first time it's been really busy...typically only 2 or 3 tables are full but this time, the whole place was packed and Wendy was the only server. She was running around making sure everyone was happy and taking orders while staying happy and being pleasant. For that many tables, the phone ringing, and a constant line, she deserves the recognition for doing a great job!!!! Thank you, Wendy and keep up the great work - it doesn't go unnoticed!!!

Great place to great family place even though when you deal with hoodlums and ghetto people in hood rats from the scum of scams that people still be professional and still have professional courtesy respectful and very at what they do I rate them that high because I've been there I've seen it at 8:30 stuff is pretty good better than IHOP I had to say whenever I go to IHOP maybe it might be different I might change my opinion but right now no

It’s been a year and a half since I’ve been to this location, but our waiter was funny ash. He ran the floor, sat us and two other tables promptly, as well as providing fast and courteous service. Food was tasty, hot, and awesome as per usual. Thank you stranger for making our trip :)

Ordered quarter pounder burger special for $8.99 for 2, wavy fries cold, mayonnaise on side was spoiled & old, 2nd take out order very dissatisfied, should of went to Wendy's & got a biggie bag. Hostess was pleasant & chocolate shake was good. No longer will waste my money at this location.

Me and my two sons ate there and after arriving to our destination I removed my son coat and discovered what I would call bed bug bites all over his arm and chest I called and the person I talked to about the situation was very defensive and all I wanted was to notify them of a potential problem.

Walking in the atmosphere looked good. I noticed it was very busy and I understand it was a little messy. The one biggest thing that bothered me was AMBER the server she needs to wash her hands more and I think all the waitress needs to wash their hands more. WHEN YOU'RE DEALING WITH MONEY AND FOOD YOU SHOULD ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS. KEEP YOUR HANDS CLEAN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE I UNDERSTAND IT TAKES TIME BUT IF YOU'RE RINGING UP PEOPLE WITH CASH OR CARD AND YOUR CLEARING TABLES AND THEN YOU'RE BRINGING PEOPLE THEIR FOOD AT SOME POINT YOU SHOULD HAVE WASHING YOUR HANDS BEFORE BRINGING PEOPLES FOOD.THERE WAS A SHORT MEXICAN LADY I WAVE HER OVER SHE STOP AND LOOK ME DIRECTLY IN MY FACE AND JUST STARED AND WALKED OFF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE GAVE.Also the food was good but the eggs were supposed to be not fully cooked it was supposed to be running they wasn't even running.We waited exactly 10 minutes just to get a to go box.... Because our waitress Amber was taking orders bringing out food for other people. But she didn't have no problem giving us the bill right away.... And I think it's disgusting to talk over people's food as they're grabbing plates down bring it out to customers ....horrible. And I wish everybody will stop using their pants as napkins that is nasty.... We have soap and water here in America anybody that are dealing with customers need to learn how to keep their hands clean as much as possible.

I’m here to share my true thoughts and experiences.. I’ve always had good service with hardly no wait time .. the best part about this location is Moneer she works her behind off and serves with a smile every time.. she rarely uses a pen to write an order because she’s just that good!! And if you are a regular she asks no questions she already knows what you want and need. Communication could be a little better with staff I think but overall Great Cooks, Good Family Atmosphere, Good Food and great customer service (Moneer)

Walked in, and stood for about 6-8 minutes to be seated. Never was acknowledged. I get if they're busy or short staffed, but at least a "We will be with you shortly," would of been appropriate. An employee came to the counter to check someone out, but said nothing to us or the gentleman ahead of us. We left.
