Customer service was on point and the food was so good, I ordered a pizza puff with fries and it was too delicious. The pizza puff was crispy and cheesy in the middle and the fries were just right! Definitely would come again

Order 8 pieces and only get 7 they are a rip off and it's not original. I'm from Chicago and this is a shame

As a Chicagoan I must say this was very satisfying. Those gentlemen that were in the kitchen handling the goods did a great job, now on the customer service straight trash, them front counter ladies be rude asf at most Harold’s, and how this 8pc that came in ordered 11 mins after me get they ish and out the door, dude like Bear Down we like fa sho he like wasn’t yal here before us . FOOD WAS BOMB

Asked her to put the sauce on the side and they put it on my chicken making it saggy and nasty I want my money back order 076 at 8:37 pm 8 wings and fries and extra mild witch made them ever more saggy and 6 piece tender why put sauce on wings it’s not y’all good I know that how y’all make it In Chicago but I said side will be bringing it back tomorrow for a refund this is ridiculous and my first time

Guy at the counter- not very welcoming... Seems as though he had problems answering questions. Not everyone has had Harold's,and don't know the skill of ordering. Needless to say even if the food is good, bad customer service should always be great!

Don't waste your time they are slow and you would think after waiting so long THE ORDER WOULD BE RIGHT. I am a Chicago Native so I have given this joint a fair amount of chances since grand opening order a 8 piece they give you 7 that happened 3x on different visits. Ask for fried hard salt pepper mild sauce THEY put the salt and pepper on top of the sauce EVERY TIME. Ticket 72 today was told 10mins waited 37 mins while I had a cab waiting outside for 21 of those minutes CHICKEN with SALT N PEPPER ON THE SAUCE ? was SALTY ASL THE SAUCE HAD A VINGER TASTE TO IT FRIES SOGGY in HONESTY I dont care for no restaurant fries so i normally dont eat but my family does. My advise go grab some CUB CHICKEN or Fry your own

Horrible service. I was doordashing and got an order from them, So I walked in, and asked if the order was ready, They didn’t even look at the rack where there was a pick up order sitting and said “No it’s not ready”. I said ok, and then I went to sit down and waited for 20 minutes, they said nothing to me the whole time, and some of them were unprofessional enough to even go sing super loudly in the back, but couldn’t say anything about the order. After 25 minutes or so, I walked up and asked for the order, and they said “it’s right here” and finally gave it to me. Super unprofessional and has terrible service. I did customer service for years, it’s the easiest job ever and it is crazy how people that are 30+ years old can’t do a simple job teenagers strive at. I’m never coming back, and no one else should continue to give them service, for how they treat you.

I got it through Grubhub so I can't speak to the atmosphere but the chicken and perch was on point! Best chicken I've had in a while. They put the hot sauce on everything even though I asked for it on the side but that was no problem, since I would have done that anyway after it showed up. Perch was great too! I loved it, this was my first time ordering, but it won't be the last.
