I worked at Jimmy John’s for 6 years, from an associate to an assistant manager. So, I have semi high standards for JJs locations, especially if I’m going to pay for it when I used to get free meals. Anyway! I’ve ordered this location to my new workplace multiple times and it’s been stellar. The bread is great, the sandwich is how I would make it if I was on the line, it’s been fairly quick too. The only time I ever had my delivery take longer than 20 minutes was when I ordered something on wheat after lunch rush, they were out, and couldn’t get ahold of me. (not for lack of trying though, they called me I was just in a meeting)
People are too hard on food workers these days without having any real knowledge of how much more difficult it is now. I’ll stand by this location.

I spent over $300 today on catering order at JJ in Brooklyn center
The sandwiches looked thrown together. Most of the sandwiches didn't have any meat on them and when I called the store to speak to a manager
George got on the phone screaming and yelling at me saying he can't do anything he was so rude!
I will never go back there and I requested cheese on all the sandwiches
Guess what no cheese either

I had to wait an extremely long time for my order. The sandwich came out with hardly any meat and the tomatoes were not cold.

Update 5/21/23 Drive thru was out of order today?....and we picked Jimmy johns for dinner only because it was a drive thru and we did want to get out in the rain.....!

I tried to go to this location today to sit, relax and enjoy a sandwich on my lunch break. The door was locked and when I knocked, the employee told me that I’d have to wait a half hour for food because they got slammed. Sometimes they deliver, sometimes they don’t. This location needs new management. A complete waste of time.

Got both my orders wrong this week. Veggies tasted old and skimpy on the amount. Quality is poor. Tried to order online last night 25 minutes before closing, and he called me back telling me he didn't have a driver. The lady today was very nice and said that if they don't have a driver, they use Uber.

Order was made completely wrong and we didn’t even customize the sandwiches. We ordered a #1 and #4 yet there were jalapeños and some time of spicy ranch added to them.

The manager at this location is very rude. I had a catering order for delivery today at 3:15. They did INFORM ME THAT THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. I had to call there and he told me the order was cancelled 15 minutes after I ordered it. NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME OF THAT. So I have a class with 20 people with NO FOOD.

Third time order was wrong and took way too long to get it! Either they don't read the order ticket or they don't care to take the time to fulfill what the order says. Took an hour to get the food! So much for freaky fast, freaky fresh. This location is 100% trash. This location has gone way down hill in the last year. Won't be getting my business anymore at this location.
