They were out of a few items that go on certain sandwiches and my bacon was not cooked due to cleaning the oven. Not to mention a huge portion of 🥓 put on the blt. Overly priced!

Do NOT go to this restaurant in BC !! You stand there and wait while they walk around packing as though know one is in line waiting! And when you finally order they tell you they only have one amount of veggies so you can’t get extra. They’re the rudest ever. You pay almost 20$ for a sandwich and they hand it to you in your hand. Not in a bag with napkins! But when asking for napkins they tell you to go to the end of their food counter and get it yourself ! I will NEVER return back here and don’t recommend anyone for that matter! The attitude with these new teens are sickening!

How can a restaurant with this target market be closed on Saturday AND Sunday? What is the issue with this location?

We ordered sandwiches delivered. They forgot an entire sandwich. Called to have replaced, nobody answered. Called back the next day, got the manager, he put a credit on my account. Holidays occur, so I don't make it in for about 4 or 5 weeks. Go in to order but they can't find the credit. Call the manager again the next day, he remembers me, apologizes, adds another ten dollar credit to bring the total up to 20. Finally make it in like a month later to order, and they only have the one credit. So I guess I'm glad I at least got the original credit. But they really need to figure out their systems and how to check orders before sending them out. Overall, too much of a headache to deal with for delivery, I'll only go in store now, and I'll check my orders in front of them before walking out. Definitely not going to tip their staff anymore, tips are for people that do their jobs correctly and on time.

Didn't order food because they told us that their bread wasn't baked correctly so they didn't recommend that we eat there and they said they were closing in 20 minutes

Deliveries are never available and your operating hours do not make sense. just close the store if you can’t be open. This store does not provide Jimmy Johns service. It really sucks that this is the closest one to my house.

Daniel, Terrell, and Noel were the best and very nice to talk to. I will absolutely be coming back to this jimmy johns!

Three times today, they messed up my order. I earned a free reward sandwich. Not even close to what I ordered and bread was hard. Suppose to be extra lettuce, not even regular lettuce was on it. Called for a replacement, and that sandwich was wrong. He had cheese and didn't want cheese. Said they would throw a cookie in the bag. Wasn't there. Called and said I'm missing the cookie. Said they would bring one out. Never did. This place is really bad. Need new management.

Update: Received another bad made sandwich today. Asked for extra mayo, but it was literally soaked in mayonnaise.

I worked at Jimmy John’s for 6 years, from an associate to an assistant manager. So, I have semi high standards for JJs locations, especially if I’m going to pay for it when I used to get free meals. Anyway! I’ve ordered this location to my new workplace multiple times and it’s been stellar. The bread is great, the sandwich is how I would make it if I was on the line, it’s been fairly quick too. The only time I ever had my delivery take longer than 20 minutes was when I ordered something on wheat after lunch rush, they were out, and couldn’t get ahold of me. (not for lack of trying though, they called me I was just in a meeting)
People are too hard on food workers these days without having any real knowledge of how much more difficult it is now. I’ll stand by this location.

Terrible service. Screwed up the order, took almost an hour to get the first sandwich that was made wrong. Waste of time and money
