It took a long time for the cashier to talk to us and our food wasn't labeled so we didnt know who's was which. Food was hot and good but very slow

Why is it so hard for the employees to make a sandwich correctly and follow directions? Each time we order pick up fom here, they forget to add the extra items I want on my sandwich and never cut it in half. Is it that hard? This job isn't rocket science. It's every time, not a one off. Maybe hire competent people.

Tryed to order 2 times the guy hung up on me . Then I went to read the reviews wow . Bad attitude to just hang up on your customers who were just trying to place a order

Order a veggie no avocado. Ordered a tuna salad no tuna. Could not remove the one sandwich they could not fill so we had to cancel the whole order and left.

By far the worst JJs in the entire state. I feel like I’m doing the community a disservice if I don’t write a review right now (pretty sure this is my 4th review ever). If I owned this place I would be doing some quality checks on the employees and auditing their ability to make a sandwich without being pissed off. I also showed up here once (I live close) on a Saturday at 2pm and it was closed because no one showed up to work 😂

They were out of a few items that go on certain sandwiches and my bacon was not cooked due to cleaning the oven. Not to mention a huge portion of 🥓 put on the blt. Overly priced!

Do NOT go to this restaurant in BC !! You stand there and wait while they walk around packing as though know one is in line waiting! And when you finally order they tell you they only have one amount of veggies so you can’t get extra. They’re the rudest ever. You pay almost 20$ for a sandwich and they hand it to you in your hand. Not in a bag with napkins! But when asking for napkins they tell you to go to the end of their food counter and get it yourself ! I will NEVER return back here and don’t recommend anyone for that matter! The attitude with these new teens are sickening!

How can a restaurant with this target market be closed on Saturday AND Sunday? What is the issue with this location?

We ordered sandwiches delivered. They forgot an entire sandwich. Called to have replaced, nobody answered. Called back the next day, got the manager, he put a credit on my account. Holidays occur, so I don't make it in for about 4 or 5 weeks. Go in to order but they can't find the credit. Call the manager again the next day, he remembers me, apologizes, adds another ten dollar credit to bring the total up to 20. Finally make it in like a month later to order, and they only have the one credit. So I guess I'm glad I at least got the original credit. But they really need to figure out their systems and how to check orders before sending them out. Overall, too much of a headache to deal with for delivery, I'll only go in store now, and I'll check my orders in front of them before walking out. Definitely not going to tip their staff anymore, tips are for people that do their jobs correctly and on time.
