I don’t get the point of why we can order pick up but then they don’t have it ready to grab when you get there. Had to wait and get it assembled even though had ordered 20 min before. One customer seated in store. No one in line. What was the point of order ahead? The person who served me however was kind and friendly. Portions for one entree are HUGE if you get one have a friend to share with. I could only finish 1/4 of it and it’s sort of stale tasting. Bleh.

I ordered online and they gave my order to someone else. The employee left the store and went to the guys car, got it back, brought it in and tried to give it to me. No, I'm going to need a fresh order, that's disgusting. They were mad and so they gave me a half portion instead of the whole portion I paid for. I pointed out it was supposed to be a whole portion and they tried to tell me it was. I'm not stupid, this isn't my first time here. Management really needs to address this. This used to be my favorite location. Not anymore, that's crazy.

Ordered delivery. The sweet & sour chicken didn't come with any sweet & sour sauce, so it was just chopped up dried breaded chicken... I usually order from local places but decided to give Leann Chin a try for the first time in years. Reinforced my decision to order Chinese from local family-owned businesses

Apparently kitchen staff refuses to make food after 8:00pm even though they close at 8:30pm. Walked in at 8:02, So we were offered the few pieces of orange chicken they had and all of the rest of the hot plates were emptied 30 mins before close.

Service was amazing and fast ! I loved the servers energy from today. I asked for their names , Kurt & Victoria , they were kind and lovely to talk to . The food here is well seasoned , very hot , and fresh , very much enjoyed their food as well as their fresh-a-licious strawberry lemonade ? Coming from two people who are leeachin lovers !

Terrible service from the girl behind the counter. Bad attitude. She also dropped my packaged food into the sesame chicken and didn't even bother wiping it up. I tried reporting it and they never even called me back or emailed back.

The place is super clean, the food is outstandingly fresh (literally the shrimp is PERFECT), and the General Manager Kenny is an absolutely great employee and asset to the company. I know it’s “fast food” but it’s people like him that makes the experience meaningful and sweet. I live close to the DT location in Minneapolis…. But honestly I’m going to come to this one more just to say hi to Kenny.
Thank you for your outstanding customer service. Keep up the excellent work because I’m sure it’s rubbing off on those around you. :-)
