Terrible service from the girl behind the counter. Bad attitude. She also dropped my packaged food into the sesame chicken and didn't even bother wiping it up. I tried reporting it and they never even called me back or emailed back.

The place is super clean, the food is outstandingly fresh (literally the shrimp is PERFECT), and the General Manager Kenny is an absolutely great employee and asset to the company. I know it’s “fast food” but it’s people like him that makes the experience meaningful and sweet. I live close to the DT location in Minneapolis…. But honestly I’m going to come to this one more just to say hi to Kenny.Thank you for your outstanding customer service. Keep up the excellent work because I’m sure it’s rubbing off on those around you. :-)
This is my favorite Leeann Chin! The costumer service was astonishing. Always clean and has amazing hospitality. The store manager is always kind and keeps conversation to build relationships with his quest. Today Dany was an exact mirror of her manager. She was very friendly and patient with me as I took all day to order ha-ha. She was fast and very kind. I love this location for the food but more for the staff!
