I don't usually leave reviews but I've had enough of this location with all of their mistakes and short fills of drinks. I ordered online and when I got there to up my order they said that it wasn't there. The confirmation/ pickup number was presented and they still claimed they didn't have and my card was charged. I call and nobody could barely speak or understand me, they can hear me but not understand me, instead they hang up. I call back it's same thing except they put someone else on the phone but that person asked questions and then hung up too. So overt this location.

Quite literally the worst mcDonald’s I’ve ever had. Everything was old and stale. The mcchicken was sooooo hard I couldn’t bite through it. The fries and chicken nuggets were so stale. I would never go back and would never recommend that to anyone.

I love McDonalds breakfast and I usually go through the drive through and the workers are so friendly.
This morning I went inside as the line for the Drive Thru was going into the street out of the parking lot. I went in and placed my order on the screen. As I was waiting to pay a man came in to order food that was homeless. The woman at the Counter kept telling him she could not open the restroom to him unless he ordered but he was trying to order food as it was. I appreciate they are trying to prevent people from loitering but the man never asked right out to use the restroom. That was her assumption. She would have let the man order and then dealt with the restroom issue later. Pure and simple. Also the screen ordering wasn't providing ordering numbers so it was confusing trying to figure out which order was whose.
I gave my review 3 stats due to the confusion of the order numbers and the rudeness of the cashier.

Eh, it's McDonald's. You'd be foolish to expect it to be a five-star dining experience. But you should at least hope the staff knows how to do their job. Came in the early morning after having worked an overnight shift. Only to be met with terrible food and even worse service. The staff member taking the orders was fine, and that's not the issue. It's the worker I'm at the window and the service I received.

The employee was on their phone and barely acknowledged my presence until I spoke up. After finally jostling them away from their phones, I was able to get my food. However, upon opening the bag, it looked like everything was just dumped in. The sandwiches were barely wrapped and fell apart when I tried to grab one out of the bag. Well, the entire order of fries was in the bag but not in the container. What fuel napkins I got were crumpled up into little balls. And no straw.

I knew I was gonna get great service visiting this place, but at least I expected my food to be made right, actually wrapped up. So it doesn't look like a burger bomb exploded in my bag.

That's not to go to this one, there's other better and cheaper places nearby.

I never write reviews but this place is pure unprofessionalism. As the only car in the drive thru they made us wait 10 mins before taking our order. They then get our order wrong and gave us no receipt. We turned around to get our missing items, but was ignored and was told because I have no receipt they couldn’t confirm it. No way they turn the blame on us when it was blatantly their fault and at no real value to lose a reoccurring local customer over something so trivial.

Tangent but important topic, is that they keep their facilities poorly maintained and there are homeless people coming in/out getting free drinks.

Unfortunately when you go to this McDonald's location you have language issues if you don't speak Spanish, inside and out. And when you do go inside to order they try to make you use the stupid self service station. $15 at minimum to work there and they either have a serious issue with communication or they don't take the order at all, you do it yourself. If you need help with the Kiosk you still have the language issue asking for help. And if you don't check the bag, inside or drive through, when you're handed your order, you have a high chance of having the wrong order or something is missing.

I’ve seen this mcdonalds improve since the last few years. It’s a challenging location on the bus line . Brooklyn Center is a hub in the city. It doesn’t have the luxury to be good in the atomized suburbs. Yet they keep good workers, the place is clean and food is prompt and delicious. the manager deserves a 🏆
