Took a long time to go through the drive-through. Fries were cold, and so were the nuggets. The quality of McDonald's food has dropped so low even-3 is a high score. McDonalds needs to go back about 15 to 20 years and start over from there. Maybe even further back. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

There's always a person begging for food or change in line- the same ones nightly. It's one thing to hold a sign, it's another to walk up to people's windows at the speaker and window and be pushy. These are young people who are definitely abusing.

Hello. I went the drive thru this morning for 3 pack of cookies. cookies are really cold, told us to pull up forward for them to take 10 minutes to give me them. This is ridiculous.

Just a trash branch you never want to go to. The girl taking drive-thru orders was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Just started swearing at me because I was not aware of the american menu.

With regards to the happy meal toys only - I went inside to inquire about which happy meal toy they currently had available, as I was looking for a certain one. The employee told me that they're in opaque bags, you can't see what toy it is. I explained to him I have bought it before and it's not difficult to tell which toy it is just by pressing the bag against the toy.I don't know if he completely understood English because he kept agreeing with me when I explained how to see which toy it is. But then wouldn't bring it out nor refuse to. He finally did and it took less than 5 seconds. Never had to go through such an ordeal to see the happy meal toy, but this was my first time at this location. Did he think I was going to steal it?I bought the happy meal and at this point a line was forming. He didn't call out my order when it was ready, I waited a bit and went up to ask and he just pointed at it. I'm just super not impressed with this experience here/with this particular employee so I will not bother again.

The the bread was hard and the food was warm at best. I'm standing there waiting to place my order and I was told to go to the kiosk I don't want to go to the kiosk I wanted direct human service. Utilize the play place it was

service was good. however, be careful when using credit card. within 10 minutes after using my credit card I received a so called two attempts ie. venmo sms codes for online purchases in part because my credit card had two factor authentication. there may be card skimming going on.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with no onions or mustard and instead got one with everything on it. I didn't realize it until I was an hour away from the restaurant (road trip and drive thru pick up). Please have the team members read the order and make sure products are being made correctly. I was very disappointed I had to scrape everything off my burger and eat it plain. Because of that, the burger was bland, and even the fries didn't have much salt. Again, it was a disappointing experience.
