Ya know, I hate leaving bad reviews. I'm getting really frustrated with this location though. Sadly, it doesn't feel like they will care anyways. I show no responses to their customers. I'll leave it here to try to help others though. So many businesses fail in this exact area already and they may be next if they don't figure it out.
So..I wouldn't say the service is necessarily poor. New employees every other week I'm in here as I usually have this as a weekend treat. Most of the employees try from what it seems. I was greeted with a "welcome" by 2 employees right away. It really just seems like whoever is in charge needs to be fired...
I've tried to love this location SO MANY TIMES.
The last time I was here a couple weeks ago, the employee literally COUNTED OUT each piece of shrimp and orange chicken I was getting. It became so awkward. Today it felt like they were doing similar with the meats. Sure they gave me good portions of noodles and rice, which I appreciated. However, I would appreciate a decent scoop of meats for once vs giving me as little shrimp and chicken as possible. Trying to make it look mountain shaped doesn't mean it's a fair amount of meat. Plus the meats never have that saucy taste, it's almost always dry anyways so... And the shrimp, it's like they're using the smallest walnuts in the land in addition to being dry.
Overall, quite disappointing here. I don't think it's the front end employees necessarily. I think upper management just doesn't give a shit and with this economy, I wish you luck.
Ordered half fried rice and half noodles and got TWO strands of noodles only. This is so crazy and disappointing. I will continue to stick to the Maple Grove location. Brooklyn Center is so ghetto smh. I hope to get refund or corporate to email me about this situation. Money is not something to play with.

I came through the drive-thru and ordered 1 bigger plate.
I waited 21 minutes in the drive-thru, with only 2 cars in front of me when I got there. 15 of those minutes were just waiting at the window. When the gentleman at the window came to take my payment, he read the order off and something on it was wrong, so I asked him to fix that. In return he glared at me for for 15 seconds before supposedly editing it. However, the food that I recieved still had the wrong side in it (I ordered Super greens and recieved chow mein). This is absolutely ridiculous and I would highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. There are few places with slower service and worse employees than this location. I hate to toss everybody else in with whoever was manning the window station, but I did not get his name.
You can review the camera footage for 1:32pm- 1:53pm on Sunday December 15th for proof.
When I called the restaurant about my issue, they said there was nothing they could do unless I came back to the store, which was completely unreasonable since I was no going to wait another half an hour for them to assist me again. All I am asking for is team members who actually want to treat their customers like people and the food that I ordered in a somewhat timely manner. Is that too much for this restaurant to provide?

The customer service is horrible, you ask for something and they give you what they want, it's a shame they have people like that working with them

They blame covid for not allowing samples. I always try a small sample before I buy anything at any Panda location to ensure how fresh the food is. Every other location allows this except this one.
Hope it's worth losing a potential regular customer. I would give then negative stars if it were possible.

I just want to let y'all know that y'all have a rockstar on your hands. I think her name was Tamara. She is very on top of her panda customer experience. Her overall appearance was clean and professional. Hair was pulled back and secured in place. She made sure to greet every customer that walked in. She made my order, openly communicated that there was going to be a wait for the beef and broccoli. And then boy she went back to making them orders. All them tickets popped off the machine from the online orders and she was over there. Whipping them out, not missing a beat. Doing every order in order whether it was somebody who walked in or a ticket that came in first. Some body need to give that lady some praise and a raise.
Walking into Panda tonight was very nostalgic, it was a whole vibe. This store was definitely not only selling food but the whole panda express experience package.
It's nice to see people that still care about their job. I admire food service workers that take pride.
