It was a normal day for me going into panda express, and I always see the same familiar face’s and everyones so welcoming. The only problem i have is the way the manager treats his employees, i don’t know if hes a manager or a shift leader but the way he looks at them and talks to them is outrageous, one simple mistake and he instantly resorts to anger and attitude. His nametag said Pye, i do not know if hes the manager or just a shift leader or something but assuming he is, no person especially with that level of authority should be treating his employees like that, respect should be given to all no matter what, mistakes should not be criticized, they should be helped. I honestly felt so bad for the workers so i stayed a little longer to see what happens and to my surprise he puts on a nice face and smile when a customer has questions or concerns about something. Talk about twofaced. We need to stop these types of managers. Do better!

Hello,

I ordered $63 worth of food for my family and friends, and I’m very disappointed with what I received. The food arrived cold, and the order was incorrect. I ordered 12 wontons but only received 3. I also ordered 2 orange chicken and 1 honey sesame, but received 2 honey sesame and only 1 orange chicken instead.

When I called the restaurant, I was told that nothing could be done until the manager is in tomorrow, or that I could drive to the restaurant to correct the order. I paid extra for delivery for the convenience, and now I’m being asked to drive to fix their mistake. That’s completely unfair.

I work very hard for my money, and I expect to receive the food I paid for and in the condition it should be delivered in. I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the response I received.

This is absolutely unacceptable!

Some how got both my food and drink wrong, and the chow mein was almost entirely bok Choi. Easily the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been too, thank you for helping me waste $13.

The staff here went above and beyond for me!! I was being a bit difficult wanted all fresh food and they did it with a smile even though I know I was getting in their nerves lol!! Eagan and widi top tier customer service!!! I am visiting from
Out of state and this was a great experience will definitely come back

I really used to love Panda Express. It was good food, at a good price. This time .... Not so much.
They used to have a very varied selection. Now it seems they don't. I don't like my food to be spicy. More than half of the selections were spicy. I really wanted something beef and something chicken. I end d up getting orange chicken and mushroom chicken. I specifically asked about the orange chicken and if it was spicy. And I was told no. Well that was not the case. They have the new orange chicken which is spicy and then they have the regular or the classic chicken which I was told was not spicy not true. The chicken mushroom was kind of bland. I hit or miss on that I guess. Also the orange chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. It was not fresh.
The food wasn't horrible or maybe it was that I was just hungry. But you could tell that it was old and been sitting.

This company has the worst customer service. I accidentally ordered take out instead of delivery. When I called to cancel, since the app doesn’t allow it, I was told they couldn’t do so and to call back the next day. I waited a few days to see if it auto refunded like a lot of places if you don’t pick it up. It did not, so I called back and was told they had to contact DoorDash, even though it wasn’t delivery. I couldn’t get a coherent answer or radon out of the person on the phone so I hung up and decided to eat the $13 loss.

This the worst one next to the one in Roseville. I meant to order from the Brooklyn park location which everyone knows is good the line was basically out the door then realized I ordered to this one. Got there it looked closed no one in the drive thru or parking lot at 8pm. I come in no greeting or acknowledgement so I speak up and say “hello I’m here for a pickup order” and see my order is the only one sitting on the counter. The woman there just ignored me continuing to shove the fridge. I get it it’s not her job, but it was in reach of her. Almost grabbed the damn bag myself. She’s gonna tell me to wait for a dude who’s no where in sight. Too long of a waiting period for them to have no customers. Then I get home and I have a half scoop of orange chicken. Basically just a bowl of rice. Last time I came here my chicken was undercooked so I hoped this time would be better.

Ordered online for pickup. I get there and waited almost 20 minutes. Had about 8 customers walk in and walk out. They clearly don't know what their doing.

I just walked in the lobby and they said “sorry our lobby is closed. You can go thru the drive thru “ I got to the drive thru and they said “ sorry our drive thru is closed” I JUST DROVE 30 mins to make it here before 9:30 but that’s the service I received.
