I ordered online. I drove to pick it up. I was informed, "You have to come inside." Once inside, we were ignored. The package of teriyaki chicken leaked. And, while we ate, five men and one women (one at a time) asked to used the restroom. It had to be unlocked by an employee. I was the only one in the store they were four or five workers I stood there between 6 to 7 minutes and no one acknowledged me at all I just walked out no one said ma'am can I help you or anything I would never return to that location again. This just happened literally 10 minutes ago

I have never been to this Panda Express and I don’t know if I would ever go back. I wanted a plate with white rice and sweet fire chicken then a plate with fried rice and orange chicken. They were out of white rice and said it would be a half hour until it was ready so I did both fried rice. I had to wait until the orange chicken was ready. By the time the orange chicken was ready they were waiting on fried rice. I waited over 20 minutes for the two plates. Then they put the wrong meat in both plates and I had to go back inside after checking out. They were out of orange chicken again and waited over 5 minutes for more orange chicken. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for 2 plates.

They messed up the order 3 different times before actually leaving the store. When we got into the car we decided to check the receipt and food again. They over charged us. Went back inside to get it fixed and they told me they dont do refunds! So i didn't receive the extra food that they charged me for nor would they give me my money back. Good luck keeping customer's with that type of service. Would not recommend at all!
