The food was absolutely fantastic, the Philly cheese steak and fries were nice and hot, very fresh, but the restaurant was gross. Very dirty. The bathroom was without a doubt the dirtiest I have ever seen in a restaurant. Urine all over the floor and the toilet clogged and the urinal ripped off the wall. I didn’t even want to wash my hands in the sink, it would make them even more dirty. The service was good, friendly pleasant staff.

Just got back and it 10:48 PM mind you I been calling since 10:20 pm. The sign on the door says 12am but the heavy set girl told me they close at 11pm. Mind you it 10:41. She is telling me this through the locked door. Do better. If you close at 11pm you should still be taking orders.

First off let me say that the food is good but I will not be back. Customer service is terrible!!!So if you look at the prices on the board, don’t expect to pay that amount because they don’t tell you that the price is different until you have already been charged. The cashier got my order wrong. She said that she didn’t hear me order the wings and gizzards combo, just gizzards but I said it at least 3x’s. So when I went back to ask her about it, she was very rude with handling the situation. That’s when I found out that the prices were different than what they charge you. I had a total of 3 orders and I even repeated the order. Then she had the nerve to not want to give me the cup for my fountain drink that I was charged for. (By the way don’t wasn’t your money on a drink because it tastes like water. Don’t say I didn’t warn you) So after waiting for 25 minutes and door dash coming and going multiple times. I go stand where the sign says pick up order to wait for my food. I’m standing there waiting and the old short man tells me that I cannot stand there, I ask him why, he says because the sign says pick up order and I said I am waiting for my pick up order and I have been waiting for over 30 minutes to pick it up. So he argues with me about moving, I don’t and he says do you want to come back here and get your food, I said yes. He waives me off and I say you can refund me money, he didn’t respond. Then my order magically was done. He was very rude and disrespectful. For the record, all this time no one is waiting to pick up an order besides the people that I was with) Another customer came in to pick up his food and heard us. The customer said that the guy is always like that, he always wants to argue with somebody. And that he has had words with him as well. He is very rude and unprofessional as well as the cashier. I’m glad that I am just visiting but while I am here he will not get any more of my money.

Absolutely rude customer service absolutely will not spend a dollar lost a customer been going here for years, all the way from Minneapolis the staff look unkempt and unkind and the place is riddled with all sketchy characters no one is wearing hairnets floor is barely clean, police presence high just overall not what you would expect going out to grab a quick bite to eat zero out of 10 respect for customers

Went today for my first time , I ordered a 20 piece wing which came with fries for 29.29 to be exact. I asked for my wings to be extra wet & they fulfilled my request & the service was amazing & so was the food . 10/10 def recommend ❤️ (might i add my food was done in 12 mins )
The older guy at the register is not the nicest however, the food is ALWAYS made fresh and it’s so good. Definitely worth the drive (and passing up the other Pappys location) I appreciate the smaller size wings, gyro and cheesesteak.
