Pizza was so amazing

First of all my daughter suggested two other pizza takeout. I should have drove out to Costco in Maple Grove but decided to shop local. Pizza Hut was not one she suggested I wish I would have had her place the order. I was disappointed when I walked into pick up my order. The so call heating warmer was dirty. The guy came up and asked for my name. He was not friendly or even act like he was greeting a customer. I would have not picked up if I hadn't paid in advance. The pizza was not hot. I called and the worker said, he would get the manager. The manager was rude and even hung up on me. He told me the pizza came out of a hot oven, 140 degrees warm so it was hot when he handed them to me. I said it was 90 plus degrees outside so they should be hot. I also ordered a 4:15 pm Pick up. I arrived about 4:28 pm. He didn't feel the need to offer an apology. I called and informed him I would write a review. He said okay and was not the least bit concerned..... My daughter said that is the reason she has not ordered from them in over a year. So disappointed. I wish I would have taken a photo of the warmer.

Made an order today for 2 pizzas. I don't usually write reviews but this was just terrible. BOTH my pizzas barely had any pizza sauce/ marinara; are they short on it or what?! I sincerely love the pizza but maybes it's this location, they are awful. I also paid for one of the pizzas to have extra italian sausage which they had the same amount as my other pizza that I didnt opt in for that one. What am I paying extra for? Jesus, for the price I paid for two, I should have just gotten Jets pizza since they never disappointment like pizza hut. Last time I get pizza hut a try again.

Fly eggs on pizza. This Pizza Hut should be shut down. I work in a restaurant and this is a health code violation at its finest. The manager on duty was very nonchalant about the situation. As if he could care less. All he said he could do was refund me. When I asked for higher up numbers he said he don’t have any phone numbers of anybody🤬

Terrible Customer Service General Manager Was Rude and Unprofessional I had an issue with my food order that was 100% the restaurant’s fault not the delivery driver. I called to explain the situation and even offered to return the food because I no longer wanted it. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable just a refund for something that wasn’t right. Instead of being understanding, the general manager was extremely disrespectful, unhelpful, and downright rude. He flat out refused to give me a refund and wouldn’t provide any contact information for someone above him which I know he could have done. To make matters worse, he hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. I can only imagine how horribly he treats both employees and other customers. If this is how management operates, it speaks volumes about the business overall. Karma is real. I won’t be ordering from here again and I suggest you don’t either.

Food was of the same quality as every Pizza Hut order. The service and atmosphere suck, rude and slow. I entered and was ignored for almost t minutes, I saw several people in the back as they walked by looked at me and continued eating and talking. I said something and was ignored until 2 other customers walked ina dn they were served first until I said hey I was in line first. Also I guess having my bread sticks cut is another fee. Good thing I own a pizza cutter.

Ordered a bundle meal. 2 medium pizzas, 8 boneless wings and cheese bread sticks. Door dash driver didn't have the wings. Didn't notice until she dashed out. Called store immediately and was told .oh ya your wings are right here. Then was told I could come in and pick them up. I responded no I ordered delivery and had the expectation that they would make this right. Was told no, we can't have them delivered. Said I could receive credit for next order. Lol . Then said I wanted credit on my card. Was told they don't know how to do that and general manager wasn't available. Will be calling said manager Andrew Miller tomorrow. Very disappointed at customer service and more than likely won't patronize this pizza hut location again.

Beware, check expiration dates on packaged goods e.g. sodas. Ours were expired and zero response from management to the complaint. Place doesn’t seem up to code.

Ordered a pizza went in to pick it up. They said it wasn't ready two minutes later they said it was ready. Got home to a under cooked pizza cold wings and cold bread sticks. Not sure if they are rushing or if they think it’s okay to just send food out cold.

I was amazed that the location is my regular "go to" area, yet I forgot in a minute and asked for direction. I might be getting old 😀

Crazy experience here tonight. I ordered a large cheese pizza. Super simple. Waited about 10-15 mins AFTER my scheduled pick up time to pick up the order, and was told that it would be another 20 minutes because “they were about to walk out”, the employees working in the back apparently. That’s what the cashier told me. So I asked to have my order refunded, who’s going to wait in 2 degree weather for ONE cheese pizza? 🤣 wow. Just wow.

The second time happened, all the employees never put the right order always missing something, I called to claim they passed the phone each other and the last thing they hanged up the phone. The owner has to do something about this.
