Crazy experience here tonight. I ordered a large cheese pizza. Super simple. Waited about 10-15 mins AFTER my scheduled pick up time to pick up the order, and was told that it would be another 20 minutes because “they were about to walk out”, the employees working in the back apparently. That’s what the cashier told me. So I asked to have my order refunded, who’s going to wait in 2 degree weather for ONE cheese pizza? 🤣 wow. Just wow.

The second time happened, all the employees never put the right order always missing something, I called to claim they passed the phone each other and the last thing they hanged up the phone. The owner has to do something about this.

I specifically came to this pizza hut because the Columbia heights one is horrible. I placed my order and the person taking my order started at my $50 for a solid 60 seconds. Says she's not supposed to take $50 bills and points to the front of the register. I didn't see a sign or anything. Not sure what she was pointing at. I told her my food came to $35 and she has issue taking a $50? I'm aware that's probably not on her but your food is expensive. $50s should be expected. She also told me they were out of marinara sauce. I asked her what they put on the pizzas? Usually have good experiences at this one but tonight was not it.

The BC Pizza Hut has seriously upped it's game. The food was hot, tasted great, and it was on time. The employees are professional and the inside and outside of the store were clean. This is super different from before.

I placed an online order with my reward points and they cancelled my order for no reason. Then refused to give me my discount after they had messed it all up themselves. Needs new staff.

Worst customer service ever. They got my order incorrect, when I called they placed me on hold and after 10 minutes it sent me to the cooperate line. They remade my order correctly but after consuming I got sick for 3 days with food poisoning, as did my family members who ate the re-made items. I would highly recommend against eating at this location ever.

The Tavern style pizza is nothing to write home about. Honestly, if I ordered a thin and crispy pizza and requested that it be cut into squares, I probably wouldn't know the difference.
The alfredo pasta tasted delicious, but the portion was only half of what we typically see.
This location also uses Doordash, which likely explains the $5+ delivery fee. This put our order for two to close to $40.
Ordered on the Pizza Hut app, this was the closest location. Never received my food, they had contracted the delivery to door dash, and the driver reached out saying no one was at the store. It was the middle of the afternoon, and the stores website, door, google, everything said they were open. Just waiting to see if I actually get a refund for the order I never received.EDIT:At about 8 pm, they delivered me a cold pizza with a time stamp on it for 3:13pm.
