They sent me quote on quote breadsticks, no seasoning just bread in the shape of breadsticks tasted terrible dry, never again

Very rude and unprofessional.
This guy seriously needs to learn basic politeness and responsibility. He also needs proper training on how to do his job, because it seems he doesn’t fully understand how to perform his work correctly.

Bottom line: order from here if you want the worst customer experience, a chance you don't get your food, and a chance that your food has been returned by another person before it's given to you.

Ordered delivery and received the wong order. Called the store and they asked if I would return the wrong order. (Side note, buyer beware I guess if you order from here because they may give you returned food). Employee on the phone said they would have my correct order delivered. Waited an hour and nothing. Called the store again, was put on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever came back. Mind you, they didnt actually put me on hold so I could hear everything going on in the background and they sure weren't busy that whole time.

Tried calling back, immediately put on hold again. Tried calling the corporate customer service number but that just directs to an online comment card.

Called the ordering number, got a supervisor there who said the would contact the restaurant, on hold another 10+ minutes. Supervisor James came back and basically said I'll get the food whenever someone delivers it but they don't know when. I tried asking for a refund and James said only the store directly can do it. Transfered me back to the store where I was on hold for another 15 minutes and nothing.

Called the ordering line back, and got James the supervisor again. He couldn't have cared less and again said he cant do anything but that he'd have a district manager contact me. (Mind you all i want is a refund at this point).

Its been 3 days and nada from a DM. Did the corporate online comment card and nothing.

The girl at counter wasnt sure how far along the order was....she says it's probably in the oven or being cut....great service but you could see she was lazy

Been waiting for my 1 pizza for over 30 mins after my scheduled pick up..... staff didn't acknowledge me or anyone that came in to pick up and were very rude by not even saying can I help you or speaking to enyone that can to pick up! Everyone that I saw working was moving very slow and definitely seemed like they really didn't want to work at all. Whomever is this stores manager I'd recommend firing the whole staff that work on 10/18/25 at 6pm and yes I'm still waiting as I wrote this review. Asked for a refund after 45 mins and the employee named Jay just ignored me and continued to make pizzas..... he finally came over after I told him to stop what he was doing and give me a refund.... he said he would canceled the order so not sure if it did cancel it or not got no receipt... he said the monitor wasn't working. Will definitely not return.

We called and were put on hold, it took ten minutes for her to go get her manager. ain’t not wait it takes you 10 minutes to get your manager and then hang up on us. We got our food and bread sticks were missing seasoning on them and pizza was not cut.

The food was ok, but nothing to brag about. The boxes were damaged, I ordered 2 2 liters of mountain dew and only got 1. Then they tried to resolve the issue but gave me an orange crush instead. Very annoyed that the employees here don't pay attention to detail.

I guess this guy was the manager but he was extremely rude and nasty. I went to 6 weeks of management training for Pizza Hut and I know the way he treated me as a customer was wrong. I think he was borderline races but he was nasty. Just started asking me my name and number. I just wanted a pizza carryout. I guess that may be the protocol but he was nasty about it. He didn't even speak and you asked me for my private information. I called them out on it. After that he decided he wanted to be nice to everybody else that walked in the door. And I took a picture of him in the number he called himself walking out to my vehicle. You see he thought I was another black face that he can just disrespect and don't have to show any courtesy too. Horrible service. Very rude. Nasty guy. The young man he was working with was very nice and professional but he wasn't. This was last Saturday afternoon. Also, we need to stop walking up on people's vehicles. He was real ballsy.

First of all my daughter suggested two other pizza takeout. I should have drove out to Costco in Maple Grove but decided to shop local. Pizza Hut was not one she suggested I wish I would have had her place the order. I was disappointed when I walked into pick up my order. The so call heating warmer was dirty. The guy came up and asked for my name. He was not friendly or even act like he was greeting a customer. I would have not picked up if I hadn't paid in advance. The pizza was not hot. I called and the worker said, he would get the manager. The manager was rude and even hung up on me. He told me the pizza came out of a hot oven, 140 degrees warm so it was hot when he handed them to me. I said it was 90 plus degrees outside so they should be hot. I also ordered a 4:15 pm Pick up. I arrived about 4:28 pm. He didn't feel the need to offer an apology. I called and informed him I would write a review. He said okay and was not the least bit concerned..... My daughter said that is the reason she has not ordered from them in over a year. So disappointed. I wish I would have taken a photo of the warmer.

Made an order today for 2 pizzas. I don't usually write reviews but this was just terrible. BOTH my pizzas barely had any pizza sauce/ marinara; are they short on it or what?! I sincerely love the pizza but maybes it's this location, they are awful. I also paid for one of the pizzas to have extra italian sausage which they had the same amount as my other pizza that I didnt opt in for that one. What am I paying extra for? Jesus, for the price I paid for two, I should have just gotten Jets pizza since they never disappointment like pizza hut. Last time I get pizza hut a try again.
