We ordered takeout delivery from here, rice was undercooked, happened to forget the cookie that was included with the burrito, no silverware. Refuses to answer the phone. Next time we will just order from a better spot we know of.

Went once not open at time on the door (1030). Next time in afternoon. New person on floor. Had no idea how to do Signatures. White rice was almost gone, beans were in water that did not look great. Meat looked past its prime, another item was congealing and needed stirring, vegetable mix was gone. 10 minutes into my order of two signatures and two burritos, manager comes out, ready to ring. Even though watching the area did not notice item issues nor help the struggling employee.Another employee did refill a sauce on top of the old which I do not believe is right but missed all the other items. When asked by customers, items restocked. Veggies were not put in new container but in old container, as was the rice. 25-30 minutes later, order was finished.Manager was great at the cash register and took him seconds to cook rice and veggies.

Pulled up. “Please wear a mask” signs all over inside and outside the building. I was the only one wearing one not the employees or anything. They acted like I disrupted their day by coming in. It was “ what you want”. So rude. And as soon as I was done ordering the girl got a FaceTime call and she answered it while still preparing my food!!! Are you kidding? She didn’t even wash her hands or anything. Nasty!!!!!!

We ordered a chicken bowl and there was no chicken. I called this location and asked why there was no meat. I was yelled at and hung up on by a male staff at 740pm. The mess up is one thing and happens, but the rudeness and disrespect is very disappointing.

I have come to this location before. The staff is nice and helpful. I went today and the whole place was very gross. It looked like the place hadn't been clean for days. While I bought my food, I left hoping the food wouldn't make me or my daughter sick. The place needs some major attention and cleaning/disinfecting. The owners can do better.

I've never been so confused in my life. All over the outside of this qdoba are signs that say "no mask no entry." Walk inside and none of the employees are wearing masks. They looked like they were in their own personal hell - all so pissed and not one trace of friendliness. We would have turned around and exited if we had not driven 25 minutes to get the food. They acted like it was such an inconvenience to take the order that my husband didn't even get food for himself. I wish I would have read all of these negative reviews before doing the drive. Don't do it... we probably have Covid now. I can't believe this business could allow for such complete lack of health and safety. Oh ya and there was an unmasked person who came in to pick up. Apparently that's all good too. How do people keep their jobs....

Had one of the worsed services in my life had to reach out to corporate. The young man needs to be either reprimanded or fired. Will never go back

They were out of a bunch of stuff and didn’t move very quickly. Everyone was very kind, but did almost charge me for a drink without telling me. Doubt it was in purpose but who knows. Probably won’t come back here, didn’t even get a lid, just got covered by aluminum foil. Oh and almost forgot l, I asked for a little bit more chicken for no extra cost and they did which is why I’m giving a 3 rather than a 2.

They closed 5 minutes before closing at 8pm. Restaurants have a time they open and close at which means you abide by that time. Not close if you don't have any customers showing up. Maybe they were on their way and would be there in one minute. It doesn't matter how late you have to stay and clean up.

They were low in stock of some items, but for the most part portions were good, speed was good, customer service can always be better.

Very unsanitary. My wife and I came in on Halloween day for the bogo and looked at one another and said it wasn't worth it. They're not only in violation of proper health regulations but also against CDC recommendations of food preparers wearing masks. To make matters worse, when we arrived the girl who preps the food was moving the garbage can and rather than wash her hands she went straight to the food prep. Omg. I have no choice but to report this location to the health department.

Ordered two burritos for takeout. Both were small for the price. Food prices are going up, so I suppose that shouldn't be shocking. One burrito tasted good, but a chicken adobo burrito had no meat. None. I guess there was a mixup, but that's the last time I'll visit a Qdoba.

i just had terrible guest service. everyone there except one person was rude. i don’t usually leave reviews but the customer service wasn’t what i had expected. i understand working in a service industry isn’t easy, but to have terrible guest service all around for the first time i’ve been somewhere is not good.
