I can see why there are so many negative reviews. Drive-thru barista was not friendly and I thought maybe he was having a bad day. After looking through recent reviews, I’m thinking this location needs more customer service training.

I do not know why this Starbuck shows a four star when there are so many complaints and one stars!
And I agree with one star, probably not even a star at all!
There was an order of 19 drinks that came through before mine, so I was patient in the beginning. But I realized after that order was done, everyone else's who came in after me kept getting their orders. Per my observation, they pick and choose whose order to make. I thought it was based on when the order came in. Tf! To even top that off, for some of the orders, they choose to make right away are based off on your skin colors. So you know, "privilege."
I had to ask for my second drink, and what do you know, the empty cup has just been sitting there on the countertop. 🤬 There were five staff there!
My order took over 30 minutes, so I might as well make the drive and order at Caribou from now on.

Rude ! The manager and staff is rude. Hot coffee spilled on you because they didn’t put the lid on correctly..no apology what so ever. They refuse to refill your drink when you qualify for one and say “recent policies don’t allow” the rudest Starbucks I’ve ever been to .

I ordered a Grande, but it looks like they only served me the portion of a Tall coffee, after a couple of ships I took from my Latte I was half cup down.

Today I Visited this store for my usual Mocha . After picking up my mocha. I felt my cup is very light and after opening the coffee cup it was just filled just a bit more than half in the cup just like shown in the picture. It’s quite disappointing with price we are paying and what we are getting.

Drinks are inconsistent and more often than not, they’re watered down. The prices are crazy these days anyways. I am done stopping at this location

The only reason I gave 1 star is because of the nice girl. We are traveling and had 6 people in our group. Myself, my Daughter, and my Husband ordered drinks, and I also purchased some merchandise/souvenir. The guy barrista that was there was extremely rude. I asked if I may have a spoon and he threw it towards me (it went on the counter thankfully) It was pretty clear he was mad about something. My drink as well as my Daughters drink was not correct and I was not comfortable saying anything, so my Husband asked the girl who was very nice and apologized for his behavior. The others in our group decided not to order due to him. I understand everyone has bad days and jobs can be a bit stressful at times, but to take it out on the customers/guests and your coworkers the way he was I find absolutely unacceptable. We were going to sit for a bit, but decided we needed to leave.

I went through the drive-through and I asked for a white hot chocolate extra hot. I pulled off into the parking lot. I tried my drink and it didn’t taste right so I ended up going inside the lobby. They made the drink twice and it still did not come out right. Won’t be coming back to the Starbucks because I don’t understand how you’re messing up a simple, white hot chocolate lol 0/10.
They were out of almost everything we tried ordering, then we got to the window in the drive thru and they couldn't even break a $50 bill when the order was $15 anyhow, for just 2 coffee beverages.

first drink- a month ago, little whip cream and little syrup?
second time- today, same problem. barely any whip cream and syrup. this is the only location that makes my drink like this. also this tastes nothing like a strawberry frappe.
brooklyn center starbucks is so lazy and ghetto, smh. i see why the reviews are so low and horrible. never returning to this location again!
