I ordered a hot white mocha, expecting the signature rich flavor Starbucks is known for, but it was extremely bland and disappointing. It tasted nothing like a proper white mocha and definitely wasn’t worth the price. After checking other 1-star reviews, I can see I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience here. I won’t be returning to this location.

I had just returned from a business trip and had been going to Starbucks the last 4 day and had the best customer service. Coming home I stopped by the Starbucks near work and dealt with a very nasty associate in the morning about me smoking in my vehicle. The delivery was very hostile and demanding. I am not a regular at starbucks but since it is a nationwide brand I stop in due to the convenance of the app. Some coaching or maybe moving this individual to a position away from direct customer interaction would be my recommendation.

Parking sucks when the drive-thru is long, but the staff is always friendly!
It’s ridiculous how much ice they put in when I asked for light ice. I paid $10 for a cup of ice. This is so upsetting. Starbucks do better!!

Super friendly knowledgeable staff looking out very fast. There wasn't a big line. There's indoor seating and patio area. Really cute drive-through was busy. There is a small parking lot.

I can see why there are so many negative reviews. Drive-thru barista was not friendly and I thought maybe he was having a bad day. After looking through recent reviews, I’m thinking this location needs more customer service training.

I do not know why this Starbuck shows a four star when there are so many complaints and one stars!
And I agree with one star, probably not even a star at all!
There was an order of 19 drinks that came through before mine, so I was patient in the beginning. But I realized after that order was done, everyone else's who came in after me kept getting their orders. Per my observation, they pick and choose whose order to make. I thought it was based on when the order came in. Tf! To even top that off, for some of the orders, they choose to make right away are based off on your skin colors. So you know, "privilege."
I had to ask for my second drink, and what do you know, the empty cup has just been sitting there on the countertop. 🤬 There were five staff there!
My order took over 30 minutes, so I might as well make the drive and order at Caribou from now on.
