I tried to order delivery for my lunch break, and wouldn’t have come for 2 hours… I ordered tuna. When I tried to call and cancel the order the lady said she couldn’t do it and kept telling me “it’s okay you can come to the store”. I called again heated and she said “just this one time I will cancel for you”. It seemed reasonable to me considering when I ordered it said it would only take 15-25 minutes. She just didn’t want to do it.

Was there had a decent sandwich. However they added a 10 precent tip on my sandwich. I did not select it. No one answers phone when trying to call. Put in a complaint on the website. Get a no we didn’t bs email response. Saying nope you’re wrong we don’t care. Well I won’t be back Ild suggest others watch for them doing this. I’ll just work with my cc company.

got there at 11 and the door was closed when it was advertised as closing at 11:30... false advertisement
What's customer service? Needed to get a refund for no delivery through their app but they won't pick up the phone, not just that but they will hang up instead of put you on hold. There's no other way to get in contact with them, the app has AI that eventually tells you to call the branch, no email no alternative customer service number NOTHING. Need to call my bank to have them revoke the charges. OVER 30 TIMES CALLED AND HUNG UP ON.

Female worker had the audacity to say "didn't tip me nothing". I ordered through the app and I always tip in cash.. but when I heard this, all desire to do so went out the window. Furthermore, found a hair of hers in one of the sandwiches. Always tip based on service and accuracy, not just for doing your job. The dude in there was pretty cool, helped him out with his beverage and even took the time to thank me as I left.

Ordered a $15 wrap for pickup and received a flatbread sandwich. If I wanted a taco I would have ordered that. She said it was the same thing. I didn’t have the time, desire or energy to argue with a Subway Sandwich maker on my lunch break.

Didnt get half of the food, called the store to tell them about it, I wasn’t mad or anything just asked if there was 2 bad instead of one but the “manager” stared being rude, instead of listening to see what I can do they just got mad and told me “I just gonna give a refund and hang up”

I don't usually leave reviews, but they did right by us so I will. We had ordered 2 sandwiches online and stopped in to pick them up. It was busier than I've ever seen it. My sandwich was fine, but the second one was missing a few things. So I brought it back and they made it again. This location is good, and they have friendly service as well.

I was there today between 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.. There was only one person. She was cutting the meat, filling app orders, and helping the in-person orders. She did it all. I observed her intently, and she was precise in her movements. She even acknowledged incoming customers. On top of it all, she was a great sandwich artist and prepared the sandwiches beautifully. I didn't catch her name but I would like to give kudos to her.
