There were only two other customers in there and he still took over 10 minutes to take out orders. Then when he does he complains about how much we’re ordering and starts saying this is his unlucky day. He also asks us why we didn’t go get chicken instead of subway. He was very rude and overall had a negative attitude.

I guess I should've followed the reviews... Only employee here spent the last 10 minutes working slow while talking on the phone with what I can only imagine to be his friends? Literally kept trying to have a conversation in the phone while making several people sandwiches...? At 11am? Bruh, tf wrong with you. Should've recorded it but honestly didn't care enough.

I ordered delivery tho this location and I’ve never seen a sandwich so disgustingly made. They didn’t even toast it so I have a cold sandwich with about 1/4lb of sauce and the bread has absorbed the sauce like a sponge, it’s vile. I got offered $3 to make up for it.

Terrible experience. The night crew may not know how to fully read or just lack the skills to pay attention to detail. My online delivery order was a mess. I avoid this location because lack of reading/ paying attention to detail happened previously. This location is where doordash sent my order which is why this is a repeat offense. Sloppy food, sloppy receipt, sloppy execution. Go to Crystal's location if you can.

WARNING LOOK AT ALL REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE! I had delivery, my combo and a missing item from order. Called the Xexers store, 13 times and was hung up on all 13 times. Very rude to not answer the phone and bad service not to check bag to ensure that all items are in bag. Next time I will try the Brooklyn Park store. Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering from this store.
That manager was very cheap with products and my bread is days old. I'm super pissed. Will be calling corporate tomorrow to complain and complain till something happens. Never again and he was mad cause I asked for more onions. Will be calling tomorrow

Had a decent experience here! It seems others have not, the workers I had on a Sunday evening were pleasant and made a good sandwich, so come at that time if you want to avoid the bad apples!

I went here for a light dinner for me and my son and when i arrived there was 1 worker looking stressed because after I walked in a line started to form. I get to my spot in line to order and he making the sub and I see mold on the honey oat bread, if my bread was moldy I don’t know how may other people ate there that day with mold spores on they bread. Very nasty im never eating here again yuck.

The black lady in the front was the rudest lady in the world , I am a DoorDash driver , there was an African customer who came and said he doesn’t know how to order but he wants beef in a burger and he can pay for that , but instead of helping her she kept on insulting him for his situation , this African customer was so humble and said plz help me to order but this lady was scolding him like an angry teacher , it’s like to every DoorDasher she was rude not only me by telling us where to stand and not to sit on chair
