15 min wait for 1 item, they screwed up orders of two people ahead of me that also ordered and picked up inside the store. I should’ve checked my order because after checking, they also screwed up mine. I asked for no tomatoes, the one thing I asked for, and there’s tomatoes. Service was very non chalant like the girls didn’t care.

The day this location gets my order right, I will have a stroke. I NEVER get sauces despite paying extra for them, stuff is always missing, and tonight, the entire meal I ordered was wrong. I get that yall get paid garbage and it's garbage food, but do better.

The cook forgot to put my tomatoes on one of my soft taco shells so I go back to the counter and let her know she pulls up her pants with gloves on then grabs a hand full of tomatoes put it on my taco I didn't make a fuss about it I just grabbed the order and walked off went and ate the food that was correct and not contaminated

As any other taco bell. The order is never right. Sour cream on things that were ordered with no sour cream, missing items. But they fix it without hesitation 🤷‍♂️ counts for something. The new AI ordering system is super odd though.

Yeah I have a half filled taco. I go here a lot so I know this was definitely just an accident but I’m still pissed about my half full taco. The picture is my cousins taco vs mine btw.

Part 2: BOTH TACOS WERE HALF FULL. If I open this burrito…. All jokes aside, the staff you had there tonight were great but I am upset I spend 9 dollars for this.

This place doesn't have the A.I. drive through yet so that's a plus. But this place forgets the fire sauce I ask for nearly every time. I have learned never to trust them when they say "yes, it's in the bag" because most of the time it's not.

I love taco bell to death actually just left but I'm tired of giving these people chances.
