This place is hands down the best roastery I have found in the twin cities. All their coffees are phenomenal and pricing is very reasonable

I love supporting this local coffee business! Their beans are always fresh and ship quickly. I enjoy the vast variety of coffee they offer.

Some of the best coffee I’ve had in a long time!!!

Don’t say open until 3 if no one is available at 2:30. I waited outside of the hallway for 25 minutes waiting for service and someone to help me but coffee beans. Very disappointed.

This location is a roaster, not a coffee shop ? still kind reception

Great coffee and training. I did the barista level 1 training last night. So much fun and can't wait to sign up for the next event. Thanks, TFC team!

Tiny Footprint is an awesome company! Wonderful, kind people who care about others, provide excellent coffee, and have great relationships with coffee farms in various locations around the world- fair trade and organic, and take carbon negative action by planting trees and supporting growth in areas of coffee. They support, source and educate local twin cities/MN cafes. This business knows coffee, and knows people. Highly recommend them for coffee beans, education (through their small group classes at the Roastery 7), or a great cup of coffee at the Minneapolis Farmer's market on weekends (April-Oct)!

Great coffee, and a great team of human beings making it all happen! Thank you Tinyfootprint/Roastery 7 team! Glad to be in business with y’all.

All of the coffee and espresso options are great, hard to recommend just one, but some of my favorite beans are from: Mexico, Honduras (Orlando aritas), Peru. Following brewing recommendations and you’ll fall in love with coffee if you’re not already.

I've been ordering coffee from here for over 4 years for my office. We love it! Will continue to be a repeat customer.

I took the Barista 1 class here and I learned so much. The atmosphere is very laidback and the instructor was clearly passionate about the material. The attendees were diverse: some people were making coffee for themselves, some were baristas, some were opening coffee shops, ages ranged from 20s to 50s, some attendees wore shorts and tank tops, one was wearing an abaya and hijab and there were people of different genders, too. The instructor was unhurried and gentle in his instructions (never rushed or chastised anyone.) We made multiple shots of espresso and steamed milk a few times until we were comfortable with the process. In the pictures, you can see my first attempt at latte art (with a lot of help from the instructor!) The instructor also invited people to continue trying, even after the class was done. So it was a great value for the money. There was a lot of parking and it was easy to find the right entrance.

I've been buying this coffee for years! At first I would drink less expensive brands until I tried Tiny Footprint. Now it is the ONLY coffee I drink. It is so full of flavor, absolutely delicious! Great owners and a local business. I'm a customer for life!

Love Tiny Footprint Coffee! Found them at the Minneapolis Farmers Market, and have ordered from them for a couple years now. We regularly order medium roasted Mexico and Peru beans, and the Cold Press Elixir...beans are consistently roasted every time. Very reasonably priced with a free shipping option. What is better than drinking coffee and knowing your roaster is improving our planet by planting trees!
