I took the Barista 1 class here and I learned so much. The atmosphere is very laidback and the instructor was clearly passionate about the material. The attendees were diverse: some people were making coffee for themselves, some were baristas, some were opening coffee shops, ages ranged from 20s to 50s, some attendees wore shorts and tank tops, one was wearing an abaya and hijab and there were people of different genders, too.
