Had reservations via online and got here to find out they aren't open. Update- the manager was very kind in providing make up 2hr session. It was my first time and was a lot of fun. Good service and food and excellent amenities. I would recommend and will be going again.

I’ve been here not too often (?), maybe around 7 times this past year. But the most recent visit was amazing. Our waitress Hailey W, was awesome. She’s very attentive with amazing customer service mind. We went on a 10ish degrees with wind. She offered us hand warmers and always checked on us if we need anything more.
The place looks clean everywhere including bays, bathroom, and everywhere pretty much. Will be back again!

We went for the first time for my birthday about a week and a half ago and we had a great time playing the game our server suggested, but we waited over a hour for our food and had to go downstairs to the bar area just so we could eat because it was never brought up. Next there was some billing issues that were eventually resolved. There is definitely some serious training issues and very mismanaged. However the hot cocoa drinks we ordered were fantastic. Still undecided if we would go again.

I had an awesome time at Topgolf Brooklyn Center! The vibe is super fun and casual. Whether you’re a pro or just starting out, it’s a great place to hang out with friends or family. The bays are comfy, and you can order food and drinks right to your spot, which is perfect for a laid-back experience. The games are fun and easy to play, and there’s a cool mix of challenges for everyone. Plus, the staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a good time with a mix of golf and fun, Topgolf is definitely worth checking out!

Took my son here for his 24th birthday and had a blast!! He's never golfed and the last time I golfed was well over 20 years ago but that didn't matter because we still had a ton of fun as it's very beginner/non-golfer friendly. Our server was great, the heaters in the bay are nice and warm and the food was excellent! Everything was clean and very well maintained. I wished we lived closer so we could go more often but we'll definitely be back as often as we can. Highly recommend!!

Went to a catered Xmas party. The food was BBQ. The beef was a weird loaf, thinly sliced, and the chicken was breasts. Had to ask for extra sauce to make it seem more like BBQ. Coleslaw needed a better dressing.(bland) but pretty! Mac and cheese was like buttered noodles with cheese on top.(also bland.) Would have been nice to have a bun to make a sandwich. They served cornbread muffins which were fine. Come on Top Golf, you can do better!

We had a family event here and they refused to honor their claimed military discount even though my son is active duty army and was home on leave. The manager said that someone would contact me and no one ever did. Absolutely disrespectful to not contact me or honor the discount for our military!! I will never host another family or corporate event here after this complete lack of customer service by management and the event team. Beware!
