I’ve been here not too often (?), maybe around 7 times this past year. But the most recent visit was amazing. Our waitress Hailey W, was awesome. She’s very attentive with amazing customer service mind. We went on a 10ish degrees with wind. She offered us hand warmers and always checked on us if we need anything more.
The place looks clean everywhere including bays, bathroom, and everywhere pretty much. Will be back again!

We went for the first time for my birthday about a week and a half ago and we had a great time playing the game our server suggested, but we waited over a hour for our food and had to go downstairs to the bar area just so we could eat because it was never brought up. Next there was some billing issues that were eventually resolved. There is definitely some serious training issues and very mismanaged. However the hot cocoa drinks we ordered were fantastic. Update- the manager was very kind in providing make up 2hr session. It was my first time and was a lot of fun. Good service and food and excellent amenities.
I would recommend and will be going again.
