They will purposely get your order wrong to prevent from having to actually do their job. Wendy’s especially this one has the worst fast food service of any place ever. I don’t know why I thought it would be a good idea to try it again.

Was ordering food in the drive thru with friends and the employee was literally signing and groaning while speaking. Every time I come in the drive thru to pick up doordash orders i think it’s the same man having an attitude. Find a new job or something man.

Maaaaaaaannnn. Can yall get people that understand English on the drive thru??? I said it in Spanish even. And she STILL gave me the wrong item!! Then she wanna give me an attitude when I ask for it to be corrected. I didn’t want to push it because I understand they don’t speak or understand well. But ITS MY daaammnnn BREAKFAST. And my lemonade has more syrup than actual lemonade.

I went through the drive-through. Long line and a long wait. Had to repeat the order 3 times. Handed the person cash. They refused to give me my change or a receipt. The food was cold and tasted bad.
