Now let me start by it’s in the name of the store WINGSTOP
I have been eating there wings from about a month now
Tonight I stopped in to pick up my order 20 wings
I had to wait for my wings. I did not mind it not one bit because who does love hot chicken wings
I get home get out my clothes and get comfortable to eat. Only to open up my food to 17 drums and 3 wings
I had to close the box and reopen it because this have never happen before. No I did not order drums and to be honest I do not like them if anything I would have paid to have all of the wings. I call the store to speak with the manager of duty and she tells me oh we gives what’s on the line. I have never heard that in the last 25 years of me working in the food industry.

THE BONELESS MEAL DEAL WAS HORRIBLE! THERE IS SO MUCH SALT / SEASONINGS ON EVERYTHING. THE RANCH WAS FAR TOO WATERY/ THIN CONSISTENCY & ALSO SALTY. WHOMEVER IS MAKING THESE MEALS, PLEASE SLOW DOWN ON THE HEAVY HANDED SEASONINGS. THE FRIES WERE SOGGY , AND GREASY. OFC SALTY. BECAUSE OF THESE ISSUES, THIS MEAL WAS LITERALLY INEDIBLE.

Music extremely loud. Wait staff had a hard time getting my order because she couldn't hear me. I will not be going back again though I enjoy the boneless wings. I am writing this review for my friend who wasn't able to access this site. If supervisor management would like to right this with her I will have her contact your company.

We just got back from this place, honestly im disappointed. As soon as we got there I was triying to see the flavors I wanted, I didn't have my glasses on so it was a little hard for me to read and I could tell the girl taking our order was not happy I couldn't decide fast enough for her. I felt rushed and everytime I wanted to say something I felt like she cut me off. We asked for soda and she did tell us they had no ice but I thought atleast the soda itself would be cold but it wasn't, it was warm. We didn't say anything about that. Then a customer came in and she was saying they never have ice there. I was triying to eat but one of the workers started putting chairs up on tables, ive worked in restaurants and i know how annoying ii is if customers come in last minute and we want to leave, mind you this was around 5:20pm i asked her cause i would hate to be one of those customers and she said dont worry we close until 6 so i thought we had a bit of time but she kept putting chairs up all around us. This made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. When our wings came out we were missing a ranch and my husband went up to the counter he waited more than 5 minutes and said that the lady saw him and turned away. The ambiance was uncomfortable honestly we felt like they dont enjoy their jobs 🤷🏻♀️ wont be going back to that wingstop. Hopefully not all of them are like that. Edit my husband went to the barhroom and said it was gross, paper towels all over, soap dispenser was knocked off the wall and sitting in the sink. I didnt want to go in at all .

Super long wait.. they ran out of ice so we didn't get the drink that comes with our combo. They had the audacity to charge us the extra 1.30 for the cold bottle water and soda.
Came in one day and got my food fresh in 20 minutes. Came in the next day and it took 1 hour. The food was already cold. They had 6 people working and only 2 people were cooking.

Every time my order is perfect no complaints! Keep up the good work. I had a small issue with my order on the app. Called and spoke with a young man & manager both polite and very helpful.

I ordered my food through Uber Eats on Tuesday, 6/10. Received a text @ 7:53p stating that my food would be delivered @ 8:18. At 8:20p I received a text that my order had been canceled with no explanation. Tried to call the store and it was closed. Called and asked for a manager a few minutes ago. The male that answered the phone said ya, we had a lot of complaints about that. He stated he thought the order system was backed up or down... not sure he knew himself. He said the manager was busy and to call back in 30 minutes. Music was really loud, he could barely hear me. I did not get my money refunded as of yet. I will never order from here again. Maybe next time they should call the people that ordered food and explain what is going on. If they had done that, I wouldn't be/had been so upset. Not cool when you have a family waiting for food.

Best wings
Don't bother showing up after 1 am unless you want to get scammed. I made an order and came to pick it up half an hour before the store closed but the employees locked the door and we're hanging out behind the counter ignoring anyone trying to get their food. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else for a late night bite. BTW, this was an online order they never fulfilled yet they still tried to take my money 😂

During my visit, I noticed the kitchen staff seemed to struggle with handling the high volume of orders, especially during busy times. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for my food. I recommend either hiring more experienced kitchen staff or providing additional training to help the team work more efficiently under pressure. Improving this would definitely enhance the overall customer experience.
