Two stars. I ultimately got the food I ordered. Order at your own risk!!! This place is notoriously behind. Zero management. The drink machine either has soda but no ice or vice versa.Fries Always soggy and cold. Don’t be surprised if you wait for your food for an hour or more. I would never order from them; however, my teenage kid has cravings, and every time I’m hoping they do better… but it’s only getting worse. Big finger to the management and franchisee for such negligence— shame on you!

Called to speak to a manager about are food being bad. Lady said she was the manager when I explained the details of the problem she put me on hold. Someone else picked up the phone and said they was the manager. So I had to explain everything again. Just for them to say we can’t help you. Horrible customer service. Bad management. Terrible communication.

When i went there, the windows were all boarded up because a few days before, there had been a drive-by shooting. That feels like a fail when it comes to a background check, but i hope everyone is all right. The food was excellent and the prices were good. The soda machine was out of almost everything, and the ground was im serios need of sweeping. Overall, i would say that i will probably try to avoid this specific wing stop, but I will continue to go to other wing stops in the future.

ToOoO much Salt and Seasonings. Each bite I tried to take, I felt as if I was eating a heaping spoonful of salt . Also, the worker had a bad attitude when the customer took the wrong order by mistake, she verbose a warning to everyone that it's their responsibility to keep up with their orders, next time she's not going to replace it.

This is the worst place ever, my order was incomplete and the Manager named Maria said it is my responsibility to check the order and its my problem. If I wanted to return to that place which is 20minutes from my house and that’s the best she could do for their mistake.
I invite the customer to drive to the new location at Brooklyn park 9678 Colorado Ln N, 55445, my son goes to this location and explain to Patrick the manager all the problem and he gave to my son the wings I already paid to your location, I’m waiting for a refund.

I drove across town to pick up what used to be a family favorite for burned chicken in a pool of grease with no seasoning. I called to express my disappointment they say can you bring it back for a refund. No apology no nothing. I dont feel like spending an hour in the car and using my gas for due to being given horrible food that is over priced. Customer service and quality products are clearly things of the past.

Look for yourselves, it seems that instead of bathing them in sauce, they bathed them in pure oil!!! 😵💫😵💫🥴🥴. And they didn't give me napkins, no forks (extra - terrible service).😡😡😡😡

It's ghetto definitely but that's why you don't eat there. I always door dash my food and they always make it right and it's not nasty. I have came in there before and the workers are overworked and busy but still very nice. They even accept orders 1 minute before they can't anymore and most places won't do that! Shout out the workers!
