So, very confused here. Walked in , and it was like a family reunion. People inside looked at us like we were from outer space, and they were very confused. People painting ceramics, and drinking at 1:00. Seriously like the twilight zone. 2 stars because the girl scout cookies were good.

We stopped in for the first time ever. We had WONDERFUL service, food and we feel fair prices. We were debating writing this review but we do hope the owner will see this and remedy the reason why we could not give a 5 star review. We came in and sat down. We received our drinks and menus right away. Our server had a smile on her face and was very kind and wished me a happy Mothers Day immediately. She took our food order and went back and cooked it and brought it out to us. Even though she was cooking others food, making drinks, selling pull tabs and busing tables she would come and check on us to see if we needed anything. Mind you there were TWO people working! The second employee which we realized was actually the cook was visiting at the bar, swearing, arguing with customers and drinking. Our service was good so we just ignored what was going on behind the bar. We asked our server for our tab and we were going to tip her handsomely as we witnessed phenomenal customer service not only with our table but those around us and it was Mothers Day. She was really busy and the next thing we know the second worker came to our table and started telling us how slow, lazy and awful our server was. This is not what we experienced or witnessed. This made us extremely uncomfortable especially because she did not acknowledge us or come to out table one time while we were there until we paid our bill. She talked to us for several minutes while our original server was waiting on other patrons. I decided to leave a smaller tip and had hoped to tip our server directly but she was in the kitchen cooking. It is extremely unfortunate our lovely first time experience was ruined but such negativity and disrespect from one coworker to another especially to a customer! We regret not being able to tip our server the way we wanted to. We hope if we stop in again she will be our server and we can make it up to her.
