We had an amazing experience thanks to our server Melissa! She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. Our drinks were never empty, the food came out perfectly, and she checked in just the right amount. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again!

Ella our waitress was a great help, when we had ordered our margarita flight with chips, it came out with marinara sauce and she was very nice about going back to get the salsa. She also was good about checking up on us and meeting our needs.

Wwnt in for dinner and waited several minutes for a server to come over and great us. This didn't happen even after I used the touch screen to call a server over. Instead there were several servers standing behind the bar near a screen laughing and talking (cameras can easily verify this). After being ignored for roughly 10 minutes we walked out. There is no consistency with the service and a lack of accountability and leadership with the staff....

Not having to wait to be seated was about the only good thing about this experience. The atmosphere didnt feel welcoming, employees were barely smiling. The bartender had to tell someone to wait for us and they didn't even know what table we were. Other people that came in after and seated were waited on just after they sat down. The burger was overcooked when I had specified that I wanted pink when the waiter asked. The wings had hair in them. Waiter never came to refill drinks or asked if we needed anything. Overall, not a great experience. Would recommend going elsewhere. Thank you.

46°outside and the inside of this location felt like an igloo the Waitresses Jeanette was rude and not helpful, my party of 3 came at 1pm so there wasn't a crowd yet i felt rushed. Never have I visited a restaurant and received the bill and To go boxes 5 minutes after receiving food. One person in my party ordered the sampler platter in which the food looked unappealing, wonton eggrolls weren't on a stand which im accustomed to which lead to the coleslaw sauce spilling onto the plate making the breaded shrimp and buffalo chicken soggy wet and cold Jeanette never offered refills when she saw drinks getting low. Being in the service industry is expected better service than this. I am very disappointed in the service at this location. I will not recommend this location nor will I be returning
The food at Applebee's is always on par. Never disappoints. However the corporate greed of the Applebee's franchise not leaving napkins at the table and making me and my mother and grandfather beg like dogs to get extra napkins. The staff was extremely friendly, and the cooks deserve a raise! 7/10 experience!

We love Applebee's in Plymouth. We go to Buffalo also but it is always freezing there so not comfortable for me.
