My wife ordered grilled oriental chicken salad we picked it up when we got home no bread stick and no chicken on the salad got my money back went to Monticello apple bees they got the order right and on time one time year’s ago we ordered the same thing at Buffalo sat there 20 minutes a guy came out and said we never ordered it they are done won’t b eating there anymore but will make the trip to Monticello they have our business from now on

I think chain restaurants should pay there employees a wage that they don't have to expect tips employees are getting extremely ripped off by chain restaurants me on the other hand would boycott chain restaurants and shut them down for not paying there employees a wage that they was not dependent on tips only reason I went here cuz someone else paid for my meal other wise BAN chain restaurants that r maken bank to screw there employees....
I have always been a fan of Applebee's, but I have had 3 bad experiences with Buffalo Applebee's in a row . From getting a steak that was cold in the middle missing someone's order and the last time they brought my wife the wrong order. We then had to wait for her order all over again while mine sat getting cold .waiter did apologize but after 3 in a row, I'm out
