I always enjoy going to Arby’s but this location seems like the staff doesn’t care about the customers who are standing in line while one of their own staff (assuming not on the clock since he was not in uniform) is leaning on the counter waiting to order....then that same staff person goes behind the counter in his street clothes...very unprofessional. I’ve sat back and watched customers go back up to the counter because the staff is getting orders wrong...wont be coming...read full review
WHY MUST YOU ALWAYS GET MY DRIVE THRU ORDER WRONG??? WHY? I'm home and I'm hungry and you have yet again disappointed me with a crappy meatball sandwich instead of the french dip I ordered and PAID FOR. GET IT TOGETHER @ARBY'S of Buffalo.
