I used to worked for arbys for 16 years and this was the worst service that I have ever received. One of the employees behind the counter kept looking at her phone talking about ordering food next store taco John's and looking at tik tok. Waited over 10 minutes for our food. And the fries definitely tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Definitely won't be back to this location

Food is usually pretty good besides 1 or 2 missing items . But what really gets me is Driving all the way from Watertown, Mn to be met with the rudest and I mean RUDE , Women at the Drive thru , this has been this way the last 4 visits , plz plz hire someone else that doesn't have so much negative energy and puts at least 50 % into being personable , and doesn't have such a strong dislike for people .

Usually a fan of Arby's, however our experince today was disappointing. We waited almost 20 min for our food after we were told it was going to be a 5 min wait. Once we got our food, my husbands bun was hard as a rock. I got the fish sandwich and there was hardly any tartar sauce on the sandwich and bun was cold. Then to top it off I was eating I pulled a blonde piece of hair out of my mouth. That was all I could stomach.

Had a problem w the app and went inside and the manager there named Matt helped me order in store and get the discounts that were only offered online since the app was not working. Seems rare these days that someone is that helpful and knowledgeable about their job. Much appreciated! Love this Arby’s

Stockton for lunch to get the two for six on roast beef sandwiches and everything came out good and hot and ready to go. Definitely would rather eat Arby's then McDonald's and the pricing is fair unlike McDonald's overpriced garbage.
