This was our first time going to Bamboo Village and we went there and ordered for take out. The pad Thai and orange chicken were delicious!!! The chicken had some crispiness to it and was the best orange chicken we’ve had. Will definitely be going back!

They are open until 9 pm on their website. I called them 4 times between 8:20 and 8:40 trying to get ahold of them. They finally answered rudley after me asking for delivery order. She said "delivery is done at 8pm." I said "okay no problem ! I can do a pick-up order then." She yelled "NO MAM! KITCHEN CLOSE AT 8:45" I told her "the time was 8:41PM" and explain how "I have been calling for over 20 min to try to get an order placed, and that it's not 8:45 yet." She then screamed "we closed lady!!!" Then hung up the phone. I am DISGUSTED with their customer service after I just waisted almost 30 min trying to get ahold of them, when I do they doubt my knowledge of the time and how they should be able to let me do a pick up order considering its not 8:45 yet, and ignored my phone calls until it was that late anyways. Haven't ordered here in over 3 years since I had countless bad situations with their customer service back then. Should of known better! THANK YOU Bamboo Village. I hope one day you can learn to treat your customers with respect.

I tried something new and it was fantastic. The portion size fed me for two days. The woman working seemed like the owner and took very good care of us. My wife and I have visited Bamboo Village many times and have never been disappointed. I'd drive 30 miles to go there and I don't like driving. The restaurant is clean, well lit, and cheery with a ton of natural light coming in through the store front window.
I didn't like the limited choices of beverages from the cooler. No biggie, they had the basics.
Parking: Just pull in.
Kid-friendliness: It's Buffalo, EVERYTHING here is rated G.
Always order house special egg foo young. Was always the best part of my order. For some reason this time it was terrible there was more filling than usual and it was not good. Hopefully they just messed up this time but if I get the same next time I will be changing to a different restaurant.

Pho taste nothing but water. Such a waste of money. I Ordered schezuan is 98% green bell pepper 2% beef ?. Dont come here. Go somewhere else. The lady doesnt have friendly face too. Bad customer service. Did not even offer water.

Oh WOW! We ordered late on Mother Day and I didn’t give the address I was at correctly so it messed them up a little. But WOW terrific garlic chicken, spring rolls and sweet n sour chicken!! Very happy!! Thank you very much!!

We stopped for lunch on a Saturday. The place was quiet and we were served right away. Generous portions and delicious options. We had the Kung Pao chicken and the cashew and tofu. Fried rice was great and served fast.
