Oh my goodness... I can't say enough about the DELANO, MN on hwy 12 (NOT IN COBURNS). The manager Tricia is AMAZING! Her staff is ALWAYS smiling, super friendly, great attitude, extremely quick, and my drink always tastes the same... HEAVEN IN A CUP.... DELICIOUS 💜 My husband has even become obsessed with Caribou because of the Delano location. My best friend and I will go out of our way to purposely go to the Delano location just to get our drinks, even if there is one closer. They make us feel special from the moment we walk in, until we leave. I will forever be DELANO CARIBOU FAN!

Terrible management at this location. Rude staff - can never get my drink made right and when you ask for it to be remade, they give you the same quality drink and treat customers with disgust. Barista was visibly upset when we asked. Major changes need to be made at this location. Super disappointing as a long time customer. Your drinks are expensive. It shouldn’t be a large ask to have a drink made correctly.

Best campfire mocha I’ve had in a while and the barista who greeted me at the window was delightful. I thought it was especially cute how she said “Hey, Kelly!” Even tho we give our names for mobile orders no one has ever called me by name and I thought it was a nice touch.
