I ordered a burrito the counter that they made the burrito on was disgusting not clean the meat was not cooked and they didn't drain the tomatoes and they put them on it was the burrito was soggy and disgusting and I returned it and I never go back to that chipotle ever again it was gross that was the worst Chipotle that I gone to in history I also told somebody else and said they never be back to that chipotle ever again

Worst Chipotle ever always out of every thing. They will scrap all the dried up off the bottom of the pan and give it to you. They're always out of hot sauce. You also will get huge chunks of fat if you order steak and if you ask for a scoop of guacamole they will give you a half scoop

Chipotle is such an odd place!!! It's a hit or miss if you're going to have decent food, or really really good food. Lately, they've been hitting the mark every time, and I've been pleasantly surprised!! Sometimes the staff can be a bit distracted, might miss a beverage in a preorder, l forget a sauce/ cheese/etc, or maybe misses napkins. Just check your bag!

But after a few visits, I can confidently say: the 2-star rating is generous. This isn’t Chipotle—it’s Crapotle, and that’s not just clever wordplay from another reviewer, it’s a public service announcement. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was interrupting a food funeral. The steak tray was a desolate wasteland—dry, overcooked scraps clinging to the bottom like they were trying to escape. The Sofritos? Same story. I mean if they were trying to figure out how to make tofu into cardboard that’s been left out in the sun, they’ve mastered it. Along with the Steak and Sofrito bowl I ordered a Carnitas bowl. Asked for double on the proteins. What I got wouldn’t pass for a single scoop at any other Chipotle. I had to question every portion—rice, beans, you name it. It felt less like ordering a burrito and more like negotiating a hostage release. I gave this place multiple chances. Each time, I left disappointed and slightly offended. If I were the manager, I’d be losing sleep. If I want Chipotle now, I’ll wait until I’m in the Cities—where the food is edible and the staff doesn’t treat rice and beans like they’re rare minerals. On the bright side, they won’t be getting another bad review from me. Because I won’t be back. Ever.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I gave this chipotle 3 chances now tonight being #3. I will not be back. Service was Very very poor, cleanliness of serving/prep area was disgusting, food smeared all the way down to the registers. Floors were gross though out the store, vending area not clean along with out of forks. Very unsanitary all around! No they were not busy when I was there 3 people sitting eating inside no one else, Save yourself the trouble and go to a chipotle were the employees at least seem to care and the store is kept up.

I will be getting my money back. Try to call the place and you get a robot and can’t actually talk to anybody

Friendly service, delicious food prepared to the standard you’d expect from the average Chipotle. Very clean interior and plenty of free parking spots in the lot. There’s a drive through, though I prefer to walk in and order.
