If I could do service of negative I would!! Location has went downhill very fast! Things were great at first with good employees… Now, not soo much.
Food items are often times missing… which is exactly what happened this most recent experience. Ordered on app, wasted my drive to be told some items were missing. Once I told her I was interested in a refund she just walks away, so at that point I’m unaware of how to make sure my order is refunded. I wait at the window a little thinking she might be bringing me a receipt but I guess not! I finally did a quick honk to get her attention to come to the window. She comes back and I asked her about confirming the refund she has an attitude replies 1800Chipotle. I ask her why she has an attitude with me, as she walked away and didn’t tell me how I was supposed to follow up. She starts arguing with me about how she doesn’t. I asked the employee her name so that I could call during business hours and speak with a manager about my experience. She refuses to give her name and shuts the window on me.
After another employee comes to the window to argue and refusing to give the name again… point in her coming to window, very unsure. But finally got a name by the original employee.
If employees can’t handle “stressful situations” they SHOULD NOT work in customer service. I’ve worked in a restaurant in the past and would not have handled the situation in a way that either employee did and I never had any complaints.

I was there today first time. It was disgusting. The food was ok. The place was very dirty. Crumbs, cheese, food particles and dirt on all of the floor. None of the counters or tables wiped off. Then I seen the real thing that disgusted me.. the lady behind the counter at a down time reached in the garbage containers with her bare arms and hands to press it down to make room for more garbage. Totally not going back.
Shout out to Chipotle for making our order right to night from the mistake of doordash
Great experience this time around. They gave great portions, staff were friendly and kind . And they are a lot faster than when they first opened here in Buffalo

The customer service has plummeted since the first month of opening. Seems like everyone has an attitude. Nobody wants to be there. And they are never prepared always missing items from the menu.

Why are they not prepping more stuff? Both times I’ve gone in there at 6:30/7 o’clock to get my family a late night dinner, I am told they are all out of numerous things. What a shitty place y’all need to do better im not even apologizing for my language it is absolutely ridiculous you have no problem taking my money but you have a major problem working? Seems about right for what we thought would be a good thing for Buffalo….. if y’all are out of stuff I want discounts on food because that makes sense, can’t fulfill my order I can’t fulfill my full payment

There online is terrible I ordered a burrito with extra everything and it’s the size of my fist and on top of that I only got meat and rice in it. Out of the 4 things I ordered…

11/17/24. Online order. Sat at the window for 5 minutes, then our order that was done early was pulled off of the shelf. The chicken was burnt and really dry and the chips were over seasoned.

I ordered through the app, and I wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering from this location. I ordered food for myself and my sons, and we are missing a ton of items from our order. It’s impossible to get the items today, as they will not deliver them nor will they let me pick them up. I have to send an email to customer service to get any help….. for a $60 order this is extremely disappointing and upsetting. The tacos I got had hardly any meat in them so it was mostly lettuce and tortillas, my sons missing half of his dinner so I will have to make him something more to eat (we decided to order out so I didn’t have to cook, but looks like I still have to).I will never waste my time going to this location again.

They use a different recipe than plymouth, and it's way too salty. The drive through gave us the wrong order but quickly fixed it!
Vegetarian options: Take a little bit of salt out of your chicken recipe. It's a bummer that we have to drive to plymouth still.

Every time I come her staff is RUDE and clearly hate their jobs. Hire some new staff… or retrain customer service… where is the manager?! They clearly aren’t doing any training

I walked in to a very dirty place, there is no teamwork also unfriendly workers, rice is still uncooked I'm disappointed for this place that literally opened not to long ago. Also who charges for queso on the burrito i could understand if on the side but that is ridiculous!!

Did doordash. When we got our food it was missing food. Door dasher went back to get what was missing (he said it was sitting in counter and they forgot to pack it). Once I got it, it was cold, missing the guacamole I paid extra for, missing Black beans and queso. Chips taste like they have been sitting for days. Not very impressed.
