The food, Service and atmosphere were great. That is not the reason for this review. The reason for this review is a food safety concern. While I was waiting for my food to be made I witnessed the worker who bags everyone's food (grabbing it with the same exact tongs each time) use the tongs, that are used to handle people's food to advance the order system! This is absolutely unacceptable. I am greatly disappointed in the lack of concern for customer's safety with such a blatant disregard for food safety and health code.

Buffalo Culver’s, you NEVER disappoint!! The food is always hot and fast, kudos to the cooks! As well as all that work the front of the house, the drive thru, etc…. Are extremely friendly, customer service skills are #1! Management, top notch job on overseeing such a great team!

The service was great. Gal who took my order was extremely friendly and kind. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. When it was brought to my table, I could not believe how SMALL it was!! My friend who was with me asked if I had ordered a kids size. It was $7.99!!! It was in a bun about the size of one Hawaiian roll and there definitely was not more meat than bun! It tasted ok- nothing great, but not bad. I just couldn’t believe the small size for the cost.
