The owner Stephen and his wife Lori and their plant manager Joel are excellent people to work with. Very down-to-earth but always on time, dedicated to thier craft. In fact this is the home of Annick's Old World Coffee - fundraising coffee - which is so well-received and so many school groups have been with this fundraiser for more than 18 years. This coffee roaster is always meticulous, reliable and consistent!
Fantastic coffee, great service! I was looking for a local roaster to buy coffee beans from and found Custom Roasting. Steven is very knowledgeable and the coffee is some of the best I've tasted.
I noticed this place when I was next door so I walked in and got a tour and Steve showed me how they roast their beans - totally random and unexpected, but pretty cool. I love my coffee and this is by far the best that I've had - I don't think I will ever buy anything else!
