Drive thru only. Mildly confusing parking lot/drive thru situation. Sometimes skimpy frosting on donuts. You never know. It’s inconsistent. But I go for the vanilla iced coffee w cream.

Love that this coffee option is in town! No dine in or walk up available and YES, the drive through is different BUT it works great. Friendly workers do a great job of making me delicious coffee. Their donuts are a fun treat, too!!!
i asked for my receipt at the drive through and the girl w/ the thick drawn on eyebrows stared at me and took it very aggressively from the printer and crumpled it up infront of me. i mean like i get it having a bad day, but what did i do to her? ? the donuts weren’t the greatest but what do you expect from a fast food donut. just wanted to say the drive through people don’t have the greatest attitude when you ask more out of them.

Apparently,they thought i needed a snack. This is annoying. Almost every time I go here they make my drinks wrong , forget my order , or make me go back in line to add to my order. I go here because it's close to my home. I go here because it's something we do as a family on the weekends for our treat . I can't wait for Starbucks to be built.

The last two times i’ve been there, which were both within a week my iced coffees have tasted burnt. I usually get the iced cinnamon vanilla latte, and it taste nothing like cinnamon or vanilla, it taste like straight burnt coffee beans. Today i got the iced churro latte, and it tasted like straight burnt coffee beans, nothing else. I had to go home and put creamer in it. I noticed it only taste like that when a specific person works, so maybe that person isn’t putting in enough pumps or something is going on with the coffee machines, idk. this is really frustrating because i love dunkin because it’s cheeper than starbucks and caribou but it’s not worth it, if my coffee doesn’t taste like anything i ordered. I hope it’s just something with the machines. I worked at a coffee shop and we cleaned our stuff every night, and every week. Please fix this issue.

Although the drive thru itself is a little annoying to navigate, the end result is worth it. I go here at least once a week sometimes twice. My beverages have always been made correctly and taste yummy. My one favorite is the Iced coffee, 6 creams, 6 pumps of either caramel or pean praline. I do like the Churro Blended ice with extra flavoring. I have my favorite drinks saved for future orders. Customer service is helpful and friendly, usually smiling too. I would highly recommend this Dunkin' location. Keep up the great work!!!
