I really can't accurately give them a score for food or service I'm sure that the people that work there are lovely people and they do a really good job of making the items you order. However the location is absolutely the worst setup I've ever seen in my life. Absolutely ridiculous that there's only one way to get to this Duncan and that the actual entrance to it you'd have to know exactly where it is to be able to get there. If you miss it that's it you don't get to go to get your coffee. I'm sure the workers there and the service is great but I can't accurately give it a score because I couldn't even get there after two attempts I was pretty done

Placed a mobile order and got to the window and waited for ten minutes. bagel was burnt and cold. i could see the girls sitting in the back talking with my bag right there. if you don’t wanna do your job don’t work.

Horrible customer service my chi was straight milk, my hashbrowns where burnt and they had a horrible additude when giving us our things!

Employee offered for me to “come back tomorrow” and then gave me a lot of sass when I asked for a refund instead.
