I was there with a large group. The server was not enthusiastic at all. Not rude, but certainly not friendly. The food did come quickly- however, it was not good. A few of us had chicken dishes- the chicken was dry and had no seasoning at all- tasteless! One gal had a dish with ground beef. The oil shot out of her tortilla like water- None of us were happy with our entree. The chips and salsa were tasty

Went here with a group of 12, for my mom’s birthday. We had to ask for quite a few things, normal things like more salsa, napkins. They literally took our orders, brought our food and that’s all folks. Seriously lacking in the Customer Service department but then expect a tip?!?! If you want a tip, here it is… Be better, work on being attentive especially to a large group. My mom had the chili relleno, it was fried but then put back into microwave, it seems. You know when you nuke something already fried and it turns hard?!?!? Very disappointing and will not eat here again. 👎🏼👎🏼

Normally the food is delicious! But had lunch 9/14/2024 and it was not the same. Chips were like tostitos from a bag, not "real." The tortilla was stiff, rice was hard, and worst of all, the creamy delicious beans had been replaced with beans the texture and taste of Old El Paso from a can. I don't know if this was a one-off or if this is Rancho Grande's new normal. I'm afraid to go again.

We found Racho Grande today in Buffalo, and we were really impressed. The food was delicious. On my son's Chimis, the crust was crunchy, while they were still soft. The sauce was just right. My wife loved the Quesadila Fajita lunch. My Tacos Mahi Mahi was awesome. Some of the best "fish tacos" I've had in a while! The service was great, and it's a comfy spot for lunch or dinner. We will be back!
