Don’t plan your day based on their website. Beer list and food offerings are incorrect. They have a pretzel and maybe chips. No pizza or pasty. Beer list was not correct either.

Wonderful find across the street from Buffalo Lake (note to self to come back in the summer & enjoy the rooftop during sunset with a nice cider)! Food truck was an interesting choice: Thai 1 On. I can’t possibly recommend only 1 ale, stout, lager or cider—YOU must come & check them out! Have a beer snob in your group? Then have them try a “smoked” beer of their choice! Live music and interesting events!

What an absolutely amazing brewery to go to. To my surprise there was an absolutely band that happened to be there when I arrived. The hospitality from Amy was amazing. Beer was delightful. I wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely will be back, possibly even tomorrow. Don't miss out on HPH. Food options that are now available are top notch.

What a charming surprise to come across this cozy Irish pub in downtown Buffalo. The pretzel and pasty were fantastic. The stout delicious. Great atmosphere! Highly recommend.

Definitely one of the coolest vibes of any pub in MN. And possibly the best coffee porter I've had. Support local business and tip well.

Enjoyed speaking with bartender and looking at all the antiques! Went to roof deck to enjoy recommended beer!

One of my favorite small town breweries!!!! Great view of Lake Buffalo from their rooftop deck. Small authentic pub atmosphere, great beer with some unique flavor, and usually a good food truck on site.

Ashley approved. Long day on the road, best view and best sour.

Every time I come here the bar staff is rude. Not worth going back any more.

Very nice atmosphere, nice tap room tenders. Would like to see more IPA's and a summer shandy beer. I recommend this place highly.

Inaugural visit this afternoon and already looking forward to my next!! It was a beautiful day to take in their rooftop deck!! However, since it was my first time in I opted to drink inside...so I could ask about the brewery. Friendly and knowledgeable beertender Jake said he is the only full time employee, who is there six or seven days a week... Jake-of-all-Trades you could say. I had an agenda today so I was opting for the lowest ABV beers. I opted first for Ciodhna The Goddess - apple ale. Next up was the Uroica heather ale, complete w the story of heather used in beer from Jake!! Thanks Jake always fun to learn about the beer, especially history on how something like this came to be! I really enjoyed the delicious beers, the quiet lake view, the fun tap room decor; browsing the growlers....some of the old closed breweries. Chatting up Jake about the brewery. I am definitely looking forward to enjoying summer beers on the roof!! Parking was easy w the little parking lot. Hayes doesn't offer flights but they do offer half pours! Maybe sitting on the patio in front of a fire pit! They offered pizzas and large pretzels. When I asked if the pizzas were spent grain crust? They are not, they are from Toscano's who is apparently opening a restaurant in town. Don't skip on stopping at Hayes! This brewery checks all the boxes!! Thanks for such a wonderful first visit Hayes!! Taste more of your offerings later!!

Came in for the first time to kill time between events. Enjoyed a mellow afternoon on a sunny winter day. Pleasantly surprised by a fun multi-generational irish jam session. Great place. The husband loved his Muffy's Rye Lager and Eye of Baylor porter. The HUGE pretzel was excellent. Fun way to kill a hour or so.

Fun family atmosphere. We had the family on the rooftop deck overlooking the lake. The fact they had root beer for the kids is a bonus!
