I ask for no mayo every-time on my husbands sandwich, and the last several times he has gotten it. So this time I put no mayo into the special instructions box in big capital letters, and we still got mayo. I’m usually not one to complain and this is my first google review, but i/we are tired of asking for something to be kept off our food that we don’t like, and still getting it.

Don’t get me wrong, I love jersey Mikes, not sure if they just reduced their meat portions since opening this new location- but I didn’t spill a drop of meat out of my Philly it was that small, some areas in my sandwich had no meat at all, just bread - is this across the chain? I don’t think I’ll be retuning for more bread than meat sandwiches

Never had Jersey Mikes. Wow is it good. Everyone loved their sandwich with minimal updates to the Mikes way. We never do that, usually totally customized. Impressed. The manager of the store is super nice and gives back to the community!
