Did an online order pick up at 6:57pm Philly cheesecake and an Italian. Got to the store around 7pm didnt get my subs until 7:17pm. Figured it was the Philly that was taking longer to make but no i was wrong. The Philly was done the entire time I was there and I guess it takes 20 minutes to make an Italian sub?? You had 15 minutes to make them prior to my arrival. Love jersey mikes but this location needs to figure it out

OMG! TODAY I HAD THE BEST SANDWICH EVER!!!! I always ask for extra onions, but this time they did it up really good! It had a ton of onions just the way I like it. I also asked for green pepper and banana peppers and they put it on. The bread was really fresh, The meat was amazing. The sandwich was out of this world! Thank you Jersey Mike's for listening and doing it as I want it. That means the world to me.

Love Jersey Mike's here's the two exceptions. 1. their chicken salad less than fantastic I mean really less than fantastic. 2. Their tuna salad, I love tuna Subs but their tuna salad though tasty is a sloppy mess corporate needs to look at how they drain the tuna that stuff is just way too juicy and you wind up wearing it

So did online order plus tip went to pick up window sat there about ten minutes nobody came to the window went inside then they made the salad, they made it so quick that it was not properly made considering I have had this before and you would figure with tip it would be made correctly

I am glad I live in Annandale and when in town always get one. They know me in Buffalo. I get the stick ball special which is a #11 it is not on the menu but they make it for me. Your employee Keith knows me by my first name which is Laura. Your
manager also knows me. They know I get the stick ball special. Which is a #11 They are doing a great job there. Brings me back to my child hood. A wonderful place for anytime of day.

Terrible customer service. We placed an order online for the pickup window. When we arrived we waited in line for 15 minutes. The line didn’t move. We went inside and they hadn’t started any online orders. They stated walk in are priority. Manager. didn’t even come over to speak with me. My husband had to go in to get them to start our sandwiches.
